The Teclanite Key that's supposed to be in the back room of the Teclanite Factory for the Neo East Gearen City quest is missing. Has the location been changed or is it a bug? -

When I go through the Teclanite Factory for the Neo East Gearen City Quest, the key that's supposed to be in the back room isn't there. Has it been moved or is this a bug?

I managed to start from another save after I deleted some of the old ones. Thanks anyway.

When I try to reload the save I get the same pop up and the window closes.

I can't get the Coin Case. The Optimist Lady in the Casino flushed it and I've checked all around the schoolgirl in the sewer, but it doesn't show. I'm about to face Keta, do I have to wait to a later date to get it? Is this a bug? I've played the game before and never had this issue. Any advice?
