Maybe use Sheer Force Nidoking? Life Orb might be pretty good for Mienshao, since everytime in switchs in/out, it recovers about 33% of health, which is nifty because when Mienshao scouts (Fake Out, then U-Turn, you know the drill, right?) He/She doesn't have to worry about life orb damage.

[Physical Walling and stuff] Thedutchman (Seadra) (M) @ Eviolite Trait: Sniper EVs: 236 HP / 252 Def / 16 SAtk / 4 Spd Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd) - Ice Beam - Scald - Disable - Rest What if I said that Seadra can wreak havoc on the battlefield? Because Seadra has the potential to do so! With Eviolite, you become a juggernaut who resists physical attacks. Special attacks make Seadra take moderate damage. Then to the moveset, Ice Beam to kill off pesky grass types. Scald to burn sweepers and for stab.. Disable for moves that the opponent uses to heal themselves. and finally, rest to heal yourself and get rid of pesky statuses like burn, poison(or toxic), etc.. Also, are sprites required?

Actually, doesn't Ferrothorn kill Shedninja? *cough* Iron Barbs *cough* Unless if the Ferrothorn gets its ability negated or mummyfied.

Kay, but next time, please provide an analysis, since it's required for RMTS. http://www.poke-plac...?showtopic=1596 (the link to the guidelines) Anyway, 1/2 (If castform is in Sunny or Ice form) is weak to stealth rock, no rapid spinner, and the only one who won't be taking much damage is Hippowdon and Alakazam. Plus Castform does not have a form for sand, so you might want a suicide lead or something, or maybe a stealth rocker AND a rapid spinner (Example: Donphan)
