      Right now, yes, but it will really help you in college. The only reason I'm taking 6 AP courses is for the college credit.

      If you think you can handle it, go for it. Like Tactiurn just stated, it'll help out in the future with the college credit that allow you not to waste money on the classes in college.

      Also, it looks good when applying to colleges.
