Yeah, I'm fairly sure there's just the one in game as far as I know. The best you can do with it gone is debug one into the game or just get Leftovers from other means such as pickup. If no one else offers to help, I can send you a Leftovers when I get my laptop back from repairs in a few weeks.

Honestly, I find Amaria one of the easiest fights in Reborn, including non-gymleaders. Not the easiest period, but certainly up there thanks mostly to her field effect also making it easy to exploit her Electric weakness. A solid Electric mon should cut through most of her team like a hot knife through butter, with a Grass type working for her Ground/Water type no matter if you chose Singles or Doubles (you mentioned FreezeDry Alolatails which should also do the trick). Alolachu is a top pick because Surge Surfer doubles it's speed on the Water Surface field + Electric moves get a nice boost both on Surface and Underwater (it can even handle Lanturn easily with Psychic). Just outspeed and zap her and you'll be good to go!

Eh, I get plenty of Lucky Eggs from my Linoone. Lots of Heart Scales too, but extra are always good! They go towards nature changes and move relearning, so it helps me out a great deal.

Yeah, that's a bit of a tall order. A lot of mons with perfect EV/IV is a lot to ask for, especially with adding in extra conditions like abilities, moves, and shiny status. Not to mention one of the things your asking for is a perfect Ditto, which makes me a little suspicious that he's absolutely against just hacking in mons himself if he actually had one. If he's not picky, I'd be happy to breed most of these and trade them over as freshly-hatched level 1's, not promising any moves, abilities, or shiny status for any and he can train up the EVs he wants. I can promise 5IVs, not six and not which ones end up with perfect 31. If that's not good enough, then I recommend Dem's suggestion of using Aironfaar's ModBox.

You have a chance to get it from the Growlith Egg trade. If not, then you can get one near the middle-end of the game after one of the city restorations.

I actually usually play reborn as a modified Prof. Oak's Challenge, only keeping mons within the level cap. Nothing gets over leveled to evolve everything is the highest evolution the cap would allow. It's a pretty fun way to play the game, and allows you to have a wide variety of options to use at any point in the game - which is *great* for Reborn. Still takes a lot of time and patience to do, but it's not as maddening as a normal Oak's Challenge. A way to make this a bit more time consuming as a normal Oak's Challenge without having to deal with breaking the level cap - catch every possible Pokémon before each badge and train them all to the level cap, even after they evolve. You are only permitted to get the next badge when every mon you have is at the cap.
