Unfortunately not my friend. You could farm them off of the Paras and Foongus lines in older builds of the game, but when we came to the Ultra Sun/Moon dex, they removed them from the item hold pools for them. Azurine Island does not have Balm Mushrooms spawn there either and never has, always tiny and big shrooms.

So i just realised that much earlier when i was having money problems that i sold my Balm Mushroom (not knowing that it would lead me to leftovers...) If anyone can get one from an older build of the game or is just willing to trade me one, I've finished my pokedex and can get you pretty much anything that can be bread. Name your price, and i'm sure we can both come out of this exchange very happy trainers

I only just found out that i butchered my whismer encounter in the early game and i traded the 7th street loudred for the mega z-ring quest, so with my quest for a finished dex, i'm stuck now. If any of you out there could spare a whismur, i've got most of my dex filled out and can get you a mon as quick as i can. If we all work together, we can all have finished pokedexes
