I was doing some thinking and I was wondering if it's 100% legit possible in pokemon reborn to acquire a machop with the egg move fissure. Or if there are any other pokemon with an ability to ensure that a one-hit KO move always hits?

In most cases, these issues can be resolved by simply reinstalling the core game files. Make a manual back up of your save file(!!) just in case, delete the main game folder en reinstall everything straight from the website. Then try running the game again. If the game can't find your save file, simply put your old save file back where it belongs. If this doesn't help, try making another post. -
Riiight, I see what you mean now. I think you need dive and surf for that one. IIRC, that item is a plain ol' weakness policy.

Do you mean the item in the pit next to the volcano? If so, that item isn't available until you get the HM for rock climb (after the 16th gym).

Pro tip: you can fish for luvdisc in Tanzan lake with a super rod. Get a pokemon with the ability frisk and a pokemon that can learn the move thief. It's probably the quickest way to farm heart scales.

You can't acquire the stickers prior to obtaining the department store membership card. Your husband probably has to go back to each person that owes him a sticker now that he has the card.

Our dear @Vinnie made a full playthrough of E18 up til the very end. You can check it out over here. He gives lots of advice on upcoming battles and event pokémon. I'd recommend restarting the game from scratch to jiggle your memory.

That'd be really nice of you! I mainly need good IVs in attack and speed anyways.

I wouldn't really count on a sweep with volcarona if I were you... Try catching the sneasel in Ametrine and see how this works out for you. Other fast ice types would do good as well, but a +1 priority STAB ice shard is really nice to have.
