my usual nicknames for Type: Null/Silvally are Null/Full (the more generic ones), Stitch (Lilo and Sitch is based in Hawaii, Type Null was Created in Alola, a region inspired by Hawaii) and Epsilon (so, this is the biggest stretch. I'm a huge fan of Red Vs Blue, in that series, there is the main character of Church, who actually is the Alpha AI. He later sacrifices himself, but later get's "reborn" from the Memories of the Epsilon AI, the one who had the Alpha's memories (it's confusing, I know). Epsilon, while having the same personality as the Alpha and kinda the same abilities, is a lot weaker due to just being an AI Fragment, the one of Memory as I mentioned earlier. Silvally, a weaker Archeus, the Alpha Pokémon, works using Memories.)
