    Essentially, IV's determine a Pokemon's full potential. Low IV's mean low potential compared to those with higher IV's EV's are like bonus stats. Beating certain Pokemon nets you EV's in a specific stat. If you focus on Pokemon that reward you with EV's in a specific stat, it can make a real difference. On the other hand, if you just go defeating Pokemon at random, those bonus stats will spread out randomly and probably won't make much of a difference.

    Raffle list: - HUEnd - Animefan666 I've been a fan of Vaporeon since Gen 1. To me, Vaporeon looks like a half Mermaid half Dilophosaurus and also reminds me of some of the legends about mermaids. The ones that say they're actually quite vicious despite their appearance.

    I was chowin' down on some Chicken Sandwiches at Wendy's and on the TV was the news. What I saw was so utterly ridiculous I couldn't contain my laughter. It was a protest against allowing cats at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

    Have you went to the Obsidia Ward Pokemon Center to see if he's there? The game might have just assumed you did it, like it does with many events. He would be in the NW corner with his girlfriend.

    The Driftloon sticker isn't unobtainable if you waited until after the renovation. I skipped that event, but when I visited the woman in the Lapis Ward, her son was home and gave me the sticker because she saw me on TV.

    So, the weather was actually great today. Which is the opposite of the usual cold this time of year. Being that it was so warm, I decide to hop on my bike and ride around. I went about 7 miles out and my chain decides "I quit" and snaps in half. I had to walk 7 miles back...my feet hurt.

    Ah, I think you can only get into 7th street when the main story-line demands it and only after you've finished up the Aqua/Magma Gang side quest.

    Oh, have you defeated Vanhanen at his gym yet? I remember at one point, someone asks you to meet them in 7th Street and only your Gang's Leader can get you in.
