White represent unobtainable pokemon, the most of the 7 gen will be added in the future. Yes it's very beautiful this game, the plot is fantastic with many twists.

There is a pokemon catchlist: Brightest green is obtainable via breeding. Bright green is obtainable via event. Normal green is obtainable in the wild. Dark green is obtainable via evolving. Darkest green is unobtainable. But the precise location of these pokemon doesn't exist.
