After taking over the mansion in Ceilla City, you can get a vendor that sells EV berries that decrease your mons EVs while increasing friendship. It works even when you have no EV allocated on a certain stat. I do believe that you can get a Soothe Bell at a certain point but I'm not sure when.

So I defeated Blake and then T3RR4 , and realized that I don't have the HM for Waterfall. Apparently after Shelly talks to the kid, I did not enter Blakes apartment for the Yes/No scene and headed straight towards Ametrine Mountain, which somehow still triggers the Team Meteor fights, but not the Aster fight. And after defeating Blake, he did not give me the HM for Waterfall either. So I'm kinda stuck here. Please help T.T (Also went for Eclipse's house afterwards, but her dad's still going on with the 'there's no way my daughter's dead' dialogue) Game.rxdata
