--Mitsu+Jade-- Mitso and Jade take the Lefthand path, immediately to their right in the path is a closed door, which is ultimately recognized, then ignored as they move on, due to it not being operable as far as their cursory probing can tell. They come to a room filled with a Lime green Toxic Pit across the middle of it, pistons move in and out of the Pool, artful engravings on their heads, they submerge and re-emerge periodically, and an Esoteric Device sits on the other end of the pit. The Pistons are moving too fast to utilize them as platforms as is, unless the person involved had either a fetish for being thrown into a ceiling at high speeds, or an extremely strong grip to avoid that fate. A Ladder goes down into the pool of green juice, and on the other end of the pit, there is also a vent, currently inactive, with a pressure plate near it, jutting out like a rude gesture. --Gary-- Gary Easily Suceeds, this isn't his first rodeo, after all. Punching more Trees, Gary is eventually bitten by a snake in one of those trees, a strange reaction, probably some kind of randomly generated effect for this tree type or something, Gary might think. He takes 4 Damage in the process. -
--Jade+Mitsu-- Jade and Mitsu go into the temple, following a tunnel of pure metal, which echoes and glows with lines trailing along. They come to the Tunnel's end, a Central room with a pillar in the middle of a gaping hole, Floating autonomous platforms intermingle with floating high speed spheres, which move overhead in dizzying formation. Flight, they think, is not recommended. The Pillar has another lightning bolt emblem on it. To two sides, there are two stairwells, one on the right and left. You cannot see where they lead from here.

Summoning up Silicone Oil, Mar Spritzes it at the chains, swiveling around the Tigrex's Neck when it slams down to put him on top if it! He Grips at the old wound he made on the front of it's neck before for leverage.

Mar Leaps on it's back and starts Sawing at it's Head Junk with his Possessed Obsidian Saw, Wrapping the Chain of Little Sneak around it's Neck so he can stay on it.

Mar Infuses the ground in front of him with Pig Iron Mana, Beating his Chest at the Tigrex as he stands up. In the competition between the planet and the Tigrex, Mar assumes that the Pig Iron Mana will fire it's pulse in the Tigrex's Direction when it stomps on the Pad of Blue Liquid, throwing it off balance.

When it inhales to roar, Mar throws the sack of obsidian filled dirt at the Tigrex, Little Sneak Possessing it so it spews the Dirt, Obsidian Dust and Light crystal dust right at it's face.

--Jade-- ((For the sake of Expedience) Jade, having waited all of 3 seconds, becomes frustrated. The side effects of Red Eco driving them to just do it themselves. They go up the blue path, changing their charge to blue eco with the now cleared vent after using a nice heated punch on any log which may or may not be there, and then opening the door. This all happens pretty automatically, and the door opens, revealing the inky depths ahead. --Gary-- Gary obtains 8 Wood Planks from the 2 Logs.

--Jade-- Punching the Boulder pile, Jade manages to smash one, then another, and finally, there is nothing but rubble remaining after several blazing punches. Behind the boulders... ...There is a Locked door. A Pad on the ground in front of it has a stylized emblem of a lightning bolt, the Door is a solid wall in it's arch, with no visible seams.

--Alexandria+Jade-- By Boosting up off the other, Jade reaches the top of the Red Path, at the end, a Vent spewing a Burning Red Plasma, which they stick their hand into. Jade feels strong enough to crush boulders for 2 turns, like their body is a wrecking ball, practically. --Gary-- Punching the trees, Gary obtains 4 Wood Logs.

--Alexandira-- The Blue stuff IS more eco. While the Yellow Eco was out of context for Alexandria to a startling degree with it's imitation of, or tribute to, the nature of magic, this Blue Eco deals directly in velocity, speed, energy, electricity, and motion. (18, 2) This is stored as well as 3 More Hard Light Bottles, and for the first time, Alexandria is "Faster." as her study causes her body to absorb the energy. If only because she is walking in Fast Forward... Everything from her end seems to have slowed down quite a bit. She is also emitting a field of Electronic Empowerment, causing any devices on her person that might be charging or recharging to do so faster, and any unpowered devices to have a sudden internal power supply. --Gary-- Throwing the next Ender Pearl, Gary Teleports far away, taking a hit for 4 Damage. --All-- The Lurkers leave behind their gear. There are two of these.

Mar scoops up Dirt and the powder spilled on it into sacks and Equips the Final Obsidian Biface in his possession, this time in the form of a Sawblade. He walks near the Steppe, Hidden in brush and behind rocks, scouting, he smears himself in mud and coats himself in a weak magic barrier to hide his scent.

--Jade+Gary+Mitsu+Kino-- Gary throws an ender pearl into the Vent of Eco, it pops back out as the interaction turns it into a (1d3=2) (15, 1) Red Eco Pearl. (9, 13) The Lurker is dispatched finally by Jade, collapsing into a mist of Dark Eco. Mitsu and Kino Meet up with the gang. The gang is all here now.

Psymund Leaves. It seems he lacks the means by which to do business in this damned town. He loiters around the bar. Irritated at the failure.

Psymund nods, spawns the tungsten carbide in a single pillar off to the side, then cleanly bisects it with the monofoil, flourishing it in the traditional technique. "You can provide a test of your own, but substances which are self adhering might not show visible damage for obvious reasons unrelated to it's quality of edge." "As you can see, the tungsten carbide and monofoil are to be believed."

Psymund pulls out an esoteric device. "This is an Energy Monofoil Rapier, a tool which combines the best parts of Sharper than Monowire Substances, Hard Light Technology, and Pulsar Imitative Technology. It is, by definition, capable of cutting through and piercing anything made of matter, and can be adapted to fire a projectile of equivalent quality with the right technical knowhow. I am willing to trade this for That weapon and 1450 Nuyen." Psymund pulls out another device. "This contains roughly a ton of Tungsten Carbide, which goes for 28,000 Nuyen as scrap. I am willing to give you twice your buying price in Nuyen for inconvenience, amounting to 4,400 Nuyen worth of Tungsten Carbide Scrap, or about 315 Pounds." He excretes a matter chit, able to dispense the scrap with a button press, and lays the Monofoil on the table. "I know you are a busy person, so I won't deliberate to myself, and instead, leave the choice up to you."

"Damn and Fire, Fools and their Youth!!" Mar curses as he runs. He returns to the camp for Healing. He has to be ready for next time. Now he knows more about how this creature functions.

"The time has come to enact the most sacred of strategies, the Final Stratagem..." "It has never failed me before." Mar infuses Andre with Jet Mana. "Run Away!" Mar shouts, turning tail as he blasts Andre with the Heal+Haste.

--Alexandria+Jade-- (18, 11) Alexandria manages not to kill her targets, bopping them together hard enough to mimic a gunshot. They collapse to the ground, unconscious. Suddenly, Alexandria takes 10 Damage from a Club being embedded in her chest, thrown by the Lead Lurker, whose head is bright red from rage. --Ritsu-- Traveling by riverboat, Ritsu is taken directly to the temple grounds, skipping all of the inbetween. She arrives to Alexandria standing over two unconscious frog dudes, a third one hopping mad. A club is embedded in Alexandria's Chest, Jade is nearby, and Gary is atop a Red Wall near the Temple. --Mitsu+Kino-- Between Kino and Mitsu, they get all of the Pillars Aligned, and receive 40 Precursor Orbs.

--Ritsu-- "I'm Ready when you are miss." --Alexandria+Jade-- (7, 10) Alexandria's Scanners reveal that the one with the biggest weapon is also the leader. They are tougher than anything else Alexandria has encounters outside of a lake that goes unspoken of. (10, 5) Her Taunt throws the leader into a frenzie, he croaks at his underlings, sending the two lurkers towards her, ignoring everything else. (17, 10) Jade Aims and Shoots, blasting the Lead Lurker in the head, and sending it dazed into the wall behind it, unconscious. The other two lurkers smack at Alexandria's Hull ineffectively... --Mitsu-- Aiming at each one in turn, Mitsu Hears a loud bloop and a click whne she points the pillar at the other pillar nearer town. 1/5 Pillars Aligned. No Power Flowing. Strangely, 10 Precursor Orbs drop from the machine, what an odd way of rewarding Good Samaritans.

I won't try to convince you that I have the next big thing, simply that I sell them as cheap as they come while remaining usable and functional. competitors are often complacent in that my consumer base prefers quantity over quality, or they simply have the means by which to improve the quality of their guns." "As for the exploding problem, I can assure you that my weapons meet the bare minimum standards of Functionality. They will never have catastrophic failures, so long as they are treated as guns should be." Psymund pockets the card.
