    It should be sunny for you to get squirtle(just watch that youtube video link): Squirtle: Starter Pokemon, Replaced Mudkip event in E15, even though this guide features Mudkip you should be able to use it to get to Squirtle. http://youtu.be/BaYkHMIFWp8?t=6m25s

    It depends on your team, after the Job Application Sidequest you can either buy it from Madame Meganium's Shop beside the Obsidia Department Store (Magma) or the Beryl Library (Aqua)

    You can ask help from the Mods in Troubleshooting to give you an Exp. Share or you can also try trading one from another in Online Play.
