What do you need it for? I have a Blaziken with perfect IVs in the stats that matter.

You can go back to the circus (the ice puzzle works in both directions), reborn is not possible. If you want you can post your safe file and I´ll look for a way to beat her with the pokemon you have.

Smogon classifies pokemon in tiers depending on how good they are in the metagame. ubers is the tier with the best pokemon (legendaries, good megas). OU is the main tier with pokemon that are very good but not as overpowered as legendaries. UU, RU, NU, PU are tiers with pokemon that are not that viable in the competitive environment. These tiers *roughly* translate to in-game viability, but certainly not to 100%.

Bulbapedia has guides on breeding in general. These guides do apply to reborn too. There´s too much to fully explain it here. If you have specific questions about the description on bulbapedia/if there´s something you don´t understand, you can ask me again. https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pokémon_breeding Edit: Only difference in reborn is how hidden abilities are handled. But that doesn´t really matter since you can use ability capsules anyways.

Not in the game yet. But honestly that´s not a terrible type overlap to have, since they only share the dragon weakness.

This is an interesting set, but Drain Punch and Bulk Up don´t really fit Blaziken since it´s just too frail. It can make much better use of fast high powered attacks, like a Swords Dance boosted High Jump Kick. The same reasoning suggests running Life Orb over Muscle Band: Blaziken is too frail to stay long, as such the Life Orb recoil doesn´t really make a difference, the x1.3 instead of x1.1 on the other hand does make a difference.

STAB obviously in Flare Blitz and High Jump Kick, then Protect to get the first speed boost safely and the last move could be swords dance or knock off. Item probably life orb.
