Help with breeding aevian forms

Hello, i need help with breeding aevian forms because i can't breed the aevian budew with ditto, does breeding aevian pokemon different from normal ones since i can breed phantump with ditto before Thank you -

checked it and it's actually scarf, so yeah it's possible or you can use scarf on gengar, it should outspeed all
