  1. Welcome to Reborn mate. So your name is Gato? As in...arigato? I'm done
  2. Also, when you do patch the game I suggest you go through Amethyst Cave again (from Route 1's entrance).
  3. So I was fighting this maid who had Espeon and Umbreon, Espeon used Future Sight and right after i fainted it and had Combusken out to beat her Umbreon Future Sight was about to hit when a text popped up.
  4. In battle, when my pokemon get confused and I try to use Persim Berry to cure them, a text pops up saying that it doesn't have any effect instead of curing it.
  5. I don't know if it's a bug or not. In the options, when I change the menu frame every single one (except the the default one) turns the background color into black. Same with Speech frame. Every single frame (except default) is the same as the second one (meaning that from 2 onwards it's the same frame).
  6. Oh boy, no sleeping tonight.
  7. The hype meter has reached over NEIN thousaaaand.
  8. Damn... You got me there. More like a smile. But the smile of what person though?
  9. Strider's evening? Whenever it may be, i'm gonna be patient about its release. It will come when it will come.
  10. OH Because my profile pic is yuya lol nice one
  11. Here it's 15:18 .... *sees DemICE's location is Greece* we in da same timezone dood (not just timezone but country...dood)
  12. Tomorrow? TOMORROW? nice. Can't wait.
  13. 2 things I forgot to mention about EV training: 1) Pokerus is a great training condition for your pokemon, since it can double the income of EVs it gets with each pokemon defeated. 2) If you want to reset the EVs of your pokemon you can use berries such as Pomeg Berry (it decreased the HP EVs by 10) but also increase happiness. In the official games (Gen 6 and onwards) you can use Reset Bags thorugh Super Training to reset all of the EVs insantly.
  14. I was editing my post till someone made another post and ruined my edits. Will edit now though, thanks.
  15. I also had this mindset, until I played Reborn and Showdown. It made me worry a lot more about how these can influence the game. But you don't have to force yourself into taking things like EVs and IVs too seriously. Try to learn about them at your own pace.
  16. You can indeed control IVs in a certain extend. For example you have a Ditto (most popular breeding machine) which has perfect Attack IVs (31) and you decide to breed with it. The pokemon that hatches from the egg CAN inherit the IVs of its parents. To go into more detail, as of Gen 6 if at least one parent pokemon is holding Destiny Knot the offspring may inherit 5 of the IVs of the parent holding the item. Also by having the other parent hold an EV training item (ex. Power Bracer) the offspring is certain to inherit its stat (Power Bracer helps in Attack EV training, so the pokemon will certainly inherit the Speed stat of its parent pokemon). So if Ditto is holding Destiny Knot and the other parent holds Power Bracer, the offspring will 100% inherit Ditto's Attack IV along with 4 other IVs (meaning if your ditto also had other good IVs it can help immensely in breeding a very good team). Hope that this also helps.
  17. This. Also, if you begin EV training a pokemon, you should consider using these tips: 1) Every pokemon gives you different points in a stat (example: Sentret can give you 1 Attack EV, Fletchling 1 Speed EV, etc...) 2) You can use Vitamins (Protein, Calcium, etc...) to raise a pokemon's EV very fast. Note that if for example you want to raise your pokemon's attack stat, you will need to use Protein and each Protein raises the Attack EVs by 10 and only until it hits 100 Attack EVs. So when you want to start the training make sure you use the Vitamins first. 3) Aside from Macho Brace which can double the amount of EV your pokemon gets when it defeats another pokemon, there also items such as Power Band which gives your pokemon 4 EV points in Speed regardless of the pokemon it fought (note: as of Sun/Moon these items give 8 points in a stat). 4) Natures are also important. Aside from neutral natures, every one of them boosts a certain stat and weakens another one (example: Lonely nature raises Attack but decreases Defence).
  18. I agree, Moonblast is better. I don't think Shadow Ball TM is obtainable right now, since it got replaced for Shadow Claw as a reward from Shade. Surprisingly, Gardevoir can learn Grass Knot (the more you know).
  19. Set up with Vivillon (Quiver Dance) and Drapion (Hone Claws+Toxic Spikes). Alternatively, Leavanny with Swords Dance and Gardevoir with Calm Mind combo also work wonders.
  20. You must head to Vanhanen Castle to meet a certain someone. Just head straight to the right (east) and you will find a sign. To jump the ledges, you have to ride a Tauros (beat the Buffalant that fights with it and it will let you ride it.
  21. Have you tried using a previous savestate? Otherwise, you should post your save so someone will be able to fix it.
  22. To be honest, I'm pretty hyped for the gen 7 pokemon. Since I'll be restarting, some of them may prove to be good additions to my roster.
  23. Gearen city, Amethyst Cave, generally every place that received any form of changes .
  24. The computer was too hyped for V9 and fainted. I won't be able to donate, so the only thing I can do is wish you good luck.
