  1. In that case, we can confirm that said mafia role is neither myself nor CrimsonDragon, if Lia's analysis of the thread (and Alistair's claim) is correct (CD said confirmation after I did, I said information after CD did, and we're both alive). Not sure how much that means, but at least it's something.
  2. Probability is also 4+ syllables, which I also said, for reference (I guess I did just say it again). Also, instinctive is only 3 syllables. Not sure how relevant that is, but there you go.
  3. OK, not actually sure how I'm still alive. Thanks to the Doctor, I guess?
  4. @Corso I mean, as I stated, she could be a mafia member trying to scapegoat me, then pass it off as a Corrupted Lawyer too. And, I mean, if you want to bring probability into this, technically speaking, the potential for her to be wrong (i.e. the odds of her being a lying mafia + the aforementioned odds of corrupted lawyer corrupting her investigation/whatever [since AFAIK Amine hasn't actually said how she got this information anyway]) is higher than the odds of her being correct. (X/23 [Odds of Amine being mafia] + 1/23 [Odds of Corrupted Lawyer visiting the same person Amine did]) > (X/22) [The odds of her being honest and hitting a mafia on the first go] (X being the number of mafia members). This does assume that she used a targeting role to do it, admittedly. And also assumes that Corrupted Lawyer works the way I theorised. Not that I suspect this'll convince anyone, but I feel like I at least have statistics supporting my argument.
  5. If I had to guess, it's to stay neutral in any confrontation, @L'Belle. Similar thing happened in a previous game (Chronicles of the Onyx Arcade, IIRC). With regards, to my vote, I'm inclined to trust Venus, who I feel was less convinced of Nick's guilt and more trying to get a response, in order to assist with scumhunting (Feel free to contradict me on this). Equally, I feel that Nick's arguments present a solid case for, if not him being town explicitly, then at least him not being mafia for the reason Venus accused him of being one. However, I am suspicious of how readily Paul supported the vote given the comparatively weak framing, so, in order to get a more reasoned explanation (and because the vote is mandatory anyway), I'm voting to [Eliminate] Paul25.
  6. @Bok Choi I apologise for the confusion, the quote you gave was referring to not having anyone to corroborate me saying I didn't use my Night Action, since we don't seem to have a Tracker or Watcher.
  7. I'm not sure how Amine got any information that would implicate that I was mafia, considering I didn't take any action last night, and as such couldn't have been involved in Venus' death. Admittedly, the only way this could be proven was if one of the town roles had the ability to check this, which judging by the names of the town roles, seems unlikely. The only way I see this making sense is if someone, whether it be Amine or otherwise, is trying to incriminate me. I'd assume, given the presence of a Corrupted Lawyer among the mafia members, that there is a possibility that both I and Amine are town, since it seems like making townie look like mafia is a potential ability that role could have (I'm assuming that Amine is role-claiming an investigative role, judging by how they described their accusation). Given the accusation, however, I'm not really left with any other choice than to assume you're a mafia member trying to hide your murder of Venus by using me as a scapegoat. With that in mind, [Eliminate] Amine. I feel like it should also be noted that Amine's confidence in my guilt went from perfectly confident (saying their "suspicions were confirmed") to admitting that they were "not 100% sure", which comes across to me as someone trying to have space to backpedal when the person they claim is mafia flips town. @Corso As previously stated, there's a chance distorting info would fall under the Corrupted Lawyer's wheelhouse. Can't be certain, of course, but I feel it's a reasonable assumption. In the interests of proving the assumptions I'm making, and confirming whether or not it is indeed possible for what I have mentioned to be the case (i.e. me and Amine being town), I'm also going to: [Undisclose] Recruiter [Disclose] Corrupted Lawyer
  8. Yeah, not gonna lie, kinda confused as to that, myself, Newt.
  9. ...NVM, Dive Ninja'd me. Guess I'll wait to see who makes a good KC player too, then.
  10. In the absence of anything else, I guess I'll nominate myself for being in the King's Court (Gonna refer to it as KC from now on, for simplicity). Don't really have enough information, especially in a closed game, to make any reasonable deductions as to a lynch target, so I'll wait for more conversation first. (If I need to make a specific phrase to vote for myself for KC, let me know Ali/Dive).
  11. Given the presence of something called a recruiter and the fact that we just elevated someone to having more votes than everyone else, I'm inclined to think that Bean either was or has been turned into a mafia member (since I'd guess a recruit can turn someone into a mafia member). However, I want to have confirmation of what a recruiter does first (perhaps Mayor gets immunity to recruitment, IDK) before lynching Bean. With that in mind, [Disclose] Recruiter. Not really expecting it to be something anyone else goes for TBH, but it made sense to me, at least.
  12. Lesdodis Favourite was Chronicles of the Onyx Arcade Mafia, if only because it's the one I MVP'd in
  13. [Disclose] Mr.Hyde does seem like the most reasonable decision, all things considered, although I'll admit to some curiousity as to what the Great Sorcerer, Berserker and Archeologist do.
  14. RNG says [Vote] Dive, since I'd rather not have the Mafia target on my back that being mayor would give me, and no-one stands out as a particularly good candidate.
  15. TFW I wanted to say I hoped I wasn't instantly murdered, and forget the not. Oh well, at least it still makes sense.
  16. Sure, I'm game for this. Hopefully I'm instantly murdered XD
  17. ...that is correct. My apologies, Megagun. The text is confusing (the person who was shot first is the 2nd one to have their allegiance shown, which tripped me up). So, 4 suspects then.
  18. So Paul was town while pcmay was mafia? Interesting, especially considering the 4 people who bandwagoned against Paul for no reason. Between the 4 of them and Megagun, who shot a townie, I'd say we have 5 suspects atm. For now, I guess: [Unvote] pcmay [Eliminate] Corso Since they did try to start the bandwagon against Paul after all.
  19. Gonna vote to [Eliminate] pcmay, if only because 4 people suddenly voting for the same person (considering we have 5 mafia roles, and AFAIK no confirmation that any of the non-towns are them [Could be wrong here]) seems a bit off to me.
  20. @NickCrash I mean, I think of Shade more as some sort of demon from outside our realm of comprehension, so I figured gender was irrelevant.
  21. So the current totals are 7 town (and a stump) to 5 non-towns, right? That's... uncomfortable.
  22. >TFW I can't tell if Dive is being serious or not XD (Die is German for "The", if you were actually being serious)
  23. ...well, I've lost any idea of who to vote for. I guess I want to know why Lykos went for Alistair (which seemed kinda unprompted?), so I guess I'll vote to push for that, then? [Eliminate] LykosHand ...although I could also be convinced if Venus explained how she "knows" it wasn't Lykos (not saying she's lying, just saying I find it odd).
