    its in underground rainlet entrance near poke center in obsidia ward but be care full you will need to fight lvl 35 pokemon to get it if I remember right

    you can get perfect iv pokemon with little work on reborn. To pass ivs you need to use power items and destiny know on pokemons that you are going to breed read the guide on first page and google how to breed perfect iv pokes to understand how breeding works

    it should appear at night I don't remember if it appears on certain days or weather so try changing days if it doesn't appear

    every pokemon in the game can be shiny, seems like you just don't have luck to get it quick just keep trying and you will eventually get it

    only way is to load your backup save file before the trade to do that simply rename your backup save file as game.rxdata you can find your save files ins in C:\users\username\saved games\pokemon reborn

    move relearner which is located in onyx ward - you will need a key for her house which is in underground railnet(needs rock smash) and you need heart scale to relearn ancient power
