  1. Twix and Hershey's for me. Any candy bar with nuts on it winds up just bothering me to eat, since I'm not much a fan of the taste. Caramel and Chocolate though... the perfect flavors.
  2. The Graveyard's location was changed in the most recent 3.1 patch, to be on Route 2 instead of Route 1. I believe the list of errors in the original post mentions not all text has been corrected as a result. Similarly, the warp was not yet fixed at the time of release. As for the Zorua... I don't actually know why the name would be like that, was off the top of my head.
  3. Yes, thank you. I did mention knowing that, I was simply asking to save time on resets. Though considering in Rejuv I reset near constantly for about... three or so days for an Eevee, I suppose Sheer Force+decent IVs won't be too big a deal. Also, apologies if this sounded at all rude, it wasn't meant to be.
  4. Haven't started playing yet, but are Ability Capsules or anything of the sort in this demo? Since I'm thinking about using a less common starter choice with Totodile, seems like Sheer Force might be preferable to pick up... and, well, it'll save some resets, knowing if I can just swap abilities later.
  5. For stone evolutions, one option is to raise them up to the level of the highest unevolved move you want, then de-level them with the reverse candy before evolving, so they'll also learn evolved moves, but that might be more grindy than you're willing to go with.
  6. Why not keep both files, and use them for different choices throughout the game? Though, if you mostly enjoy Team 2, then stick with it over the first one and use it for your main playthrough. Enjoyment of the game is priority over difficulty concerns.
  7. Having a strange issue with the game in general. Namely, that it simply won't start at all when I attempt to run it.
  8. Greninja for sure, that was my starter, and it's been too useful all through the game(PULSE Swalot aside) to bench. Flygon, because it's a personal favorite and also has been on my team for ages... and for a more unexpected choice, Arbok. Really the whole team will probably be the guys I've used all game though. I wouldn't feel right benching them just because we suddenly got access to something better right before the finish line.
  9. Growlithe Egg, not a Mareep. As long as you rescued the officers and picked up the Growlithe, the trade will be available at any point after.
  10. I agree with Shadow. If you feel like using a good physical Poison type that'll stand up to attacks, either Nido-royal is a great option. Roserade is pretty ridiculous in general, but it's a bit more fragile and weighted toward special attacks, so I'd recommend Nidoking for your particular team, and it's easier to raise since you can get Nidoran from the Arcade, and not have to worry about raising the Budew's affection.
  11. Went with Froakie, on my run, starting in Ep 14. I wanted a starter that didn't currently have an event in game, and it seemed to fill the most needed niche based on what the early game offered for team comp. I wasn't disappointed in the slightest, especially once I switched over to 15 and was able to actually give it Protean with a Capsule.
  12. I have to agree with several people here. Pyroar has bailed me out of so many jams it's not even funny, Protean Greninja needs no words said for its uses... Roserade similarly is all too well-known for its abilities, and Arbok was a big surprise for me in Reborn. I'd always overlooked it, but it's pulled more than its own share of weight for me. I suppose all of my main four are my Aces. The rest of my team tends to be shuffled around a bit, but those four are my core team, the ones I've stuck with since as far back as the very first encounter with Fern.
  13. In my current, ongoing attempts at attaining the Eevee Jackpot, I can't help but wonder if the numbers are perhaps weighted in some fashion. It's likely fallacy and just my own luck, but of five Jackpots over the past three days, the results have been four Axews and a single Ralts. I'm curious if other people have noted similar trends, a trend toward another option, or if they went with whatever the first Jackpot they received was.
  14. Yeah, Magikarp got removed from that exact location, where it was available early on, and for now cut entirely, for Gyarados being just too good at destroying the game. Of course, it could always just wind up being something else powerful, like a pseudo, but the Karp seems most likely.
  15. I believe the prevailing theory right now is that it's for the presently axed Magikarp once the questline finishes up.
  16. Well, thank you very much. As an aside, I rather enjoy some of the puzzles and hidden methods you've put into the game for picking up rarer team members.
  17. I can't really complain about that. It makes things feel pretty welcoming.
  18. I plan to do just that actually. Don't see myself leaving short of mass computer failure, which would just be temporary.
  19. Oh, alright then. That's good to know for the future. Apologies if I respond a bit slowly to people now, I'm working on getting my team into a state where they can beat the Cain fight just before the Psychic Gym. Seems some of them are lagging behind just a bit.
  20. Thanks, but uhh... protect my what now? Why would I need to protect Rupees, and what from for that matter?
  21. You know, that presents an interesting question. I'm actually not sure which Gym Leader across the series is my favorite. Also, thank you, I'll try to be fairly active. I'm just a rather poor conversationalist, at least when it comes to initiating.
  22. It's not really a huge story. Spark Dynamo, Dyna for short, was the name of an idea I had for a humanoid Reploid... without realizing at the time that a Dynamo already existed within the franchise. Now it's just a name I like for forums, since it's memorable to me, and my memory is bad enough at times that I've been known to forget my forum names.
  23. I do actually, yes. It's not where my name comes from, but I'm very fond of the Electric Type.
  24. Well, thank you all, and I think I already like it here. Also, it's nice to see I'm not alone in favoring Flygon in Reborn. Sadly it's not been incredibly useful as of late for me, since I only recently got through Serra and Noel's battles. Ice moves are the bane of any dragon after all so perhaps soon it will have another chance to shine.
  25. Well, hello all. I've not been lurking around for terribly long, only about two weeks now, so I decided I may as well sign up. I admit upfront I'm a bit shy and quiet with new groups, but you all seem nice enough that I'm going to open up a bit. I've rather enjoyed Reborn, though it's certainly required me to adjust my play-style a fair amount from most games, just for the matter of team adjustment. I tend to stick to just a core six really, but pick those up along the way, so winding up having the majority of my current team be picked up fairly early on is definitely unusual, to say the least. Honestly I'm not sure what I would even want to rotate out at this point, since everyone has a particularly valuable spot on my team, even my Arbok, which I never expected would see the amount of use it does, or save my hide as much as it has with Glare. Anyway, I feel like I'm rambling a little bit and getting off topic, but it's very nice to meet all of you.
