Man the Lucario and Gengar are gonna need a real whopper to get them out of trouble. -
Aria (Lucario) Aria heard the sounds of rejoicing guards, that they found the ghost she heard about earlier named Alucard. Apparently he was accused of high treason or something along the lines of conspiracy against this kingdom. She decided to go to it to take her mind off the spirit of the Lucarionite. It had lay dormant for a good amount of time. She passed through the two sergeants in arms guarding the courtroom without a second look from them. There looked like at least a good few hundred watching. The judge came forward and presented the charges: hypnosis, attempted kidnapping, conspiracy against the crown, and treason. Fairly common charges where she came from, or used to come from. She faded out a little when the Gengar pleaded to a not guilty statement. The judges and the accused started to ramble on about why they were right, and then a ghostly voice intruded upon her thoughts. "Mmm," the voice said, making a noise similar to smacking lips. "That icky little ghost. It's just irradiating power. Too bad it isn't of the flesh." Aria's eyes widened. She needed to leave before the spirit got any bad ideas. "Now is not the time or place for this," she whispered to the spirit. "Ooh my pretty. Just you wait and see. I'll find something to snack on. Those two big and scary dragons over there I'm sure you can take." Aria started breathing rapidly. "That's asinine. It's suicide." The spirit of the orb chuckled again. "Maybe I'll need to show you how much power I really possess." Aria gripped her seat tightly. She could feel her vision darkening again. Were her eyes going black?

Akuma's sig move was the Raging Demon. Ryu's is his Metsu Shoryuken and Hadoken only in his dark form. His sig move on his own is the Shinku Hadoken. -

Totally not turning my Lucario into SF Akuma. -
Alucard (Gengar) He could faintly hear the flap of wings and the stomping of feet on hard stone floor. He heard the voices of many angry guards and servants with their echoing voices. Some time had passed since Syni told him to stay, and he questioned to himself where she was. Was she getting Ulkina? Was she helping to search to compile on the facade? He heard a much louder sound suddenly. Way closer. Alucard curled up in fetal position to make sure they wouldn't find him. He hoped Syni would beat them to him. ??? (Lucario) A castle. The Lucario saw the castle. Large, grandiose, and splendid. The orb was carrying her toward the castle. She at least could conciously control herself for now. She found an old blanket and wrapped herself in it to hide herself, in case the guards might have known who to look for from the little settlement. She felt scared. Scared of the flashbacks. Back in her momentary days of glory in the Land Kingdom as the Champion. She could hear the crowds cheering for her in the arena. The Land Kingdom made a smart move then by sticking her in the arena with gladiators double her age and expotentially more skilled than her. Of course, rumor had it, once the whites of her eyes went black and locked onto you, you were dead. She walked through the streets shaking, afraid of the orb possibly wanting to act out right now. Several guards were flying around, asking about a purple ghost named Alucard. No one seemed to comply. She was using her Aura to dissipate any attention, and feel around the big city. She knew the orb spirit could barely contaon itself, as she heard the spirit giggling in her, and a small "Ooh" when a large Salamence flew overhead. She didn't know where to go exactly, so she sat down thinking to herself while wrapped in the blanket. Where did she go from here? She thought of the Champion days to herself. The crowds again. "Aria! Aria! Aria!." The announcer calling her up. "It's the Raksha Demon! Aria Wyatt!" She would always greet them the same way. Those eyes shifting from white to the blackest night. She always greeted them before ripping them apart. "I am Aria. And I will teach you the meaning of pain."

??? (Lucario) "I think I'm satisfied my pretty," a ghastly voice trilled. The spirit of the Lucarionite was receding for now. The girl felt weak, and fell to her knees. The harsh pink light of Mega Evolution once again enveloped the girl and transformed her back into her base state. The black and red eyes she once possessed were now gone. replaced by her normal black and red ones. She brushed her bangs in shame. Why did the spirit have to take over her mind? Why did she have to suffer the duality of sweet innocence and the purest of malevolence? She did not want to move at all. She wallowed in guilt as the remaining charred crops that weren't ash slowly crackled and popped under the dying flames. She looked around at the little settlement and surveyed the damage. She counted at least twenty bodies viciously mauled, ranging from decapitation to being torn in half from the waist. She had even ripped off the wings of another Pidgeot during the gore some time ago. She couldn't stay here in doubt and let the orb's spirit eat at her will. More than likely, someone would eventually discover the carnage and if she stayed here, she would undoubtedly be held accountable for her actions. Or more like the Lucarionite's actions. Suddenly, a large shock wave came from out of nowhere. A loud boom and a rush of wind that blew her off her feet and scattered some of the corpses and dwellings. She had seen the smallest of flickering lights off in the distance earlier while the Lucarionite was busy savaging the people. She needed help. Maybe there were Pokémon who could help her rid herself of this evil within. Decidedly, he sprinted north once more. Toward the main domain of the Sky Kingdom.

Welp I'm most likely not gonna be on Saturday, and maybe into Sunday morning. Gonna go camping with my old man for the first time in a while. I'll prolly not post tomorrow, but who knows. I'll be on for today until the late afternoon, and I'll allow Yash to bunny Alucard and Ulkina for Saturday until Sunday afternoon (which should be about midnight into Monday morning for him). Yash, if you do wanna bunny the two of them, I will only not permit anything serious to the plot, like the emotionally-driven stuff I have written so far. You can make them agree all you want, but yeh. -

I gotta say that Odd Keystone is gonna be a doozy to whoever gets put in that thing. Depending on the mechanism of it imprisoning people, this could go a few ways. I'd like to speculate the possibilities, assuming the Keystone has it's independent method of judgment. Of course, the most likely thing that would happen is Alucard getting imprisonment in the Keystone. However, that would not allow an interesting plot twist. A few other options of what I can see happening is maybe Ulkina or Syni trapped in that thing. However, if you want to go the absolutely ballistic ape-shit route, it would be a most chaotic thing if Azauyar were to get imprisoned in that thing. To sum up: Expected, Alucard Unsurprising: Ulkina, Syni Unexpected: Stratos, Eric Shocking: Azauqyar. The Keystone is gonna make the Sky Kingdom arc ballistic if that goes through. EDIT: Had to reread what the Keystone does, and it seems to work best on ghosts and spectres. However, the "spirit" part could play a role in what I'm saying, with the mentalities of the main Sky chars. -
Welp the Battlegrounds RP has reached Game of Thrones ripping off. now there is conspiracies inside conspiracies. All we need is some phallic suggestion and we're there.

Well you could use "the young eat the old" or however it goes. I'm just rolling with the punches and dishing out hits here and there. I kinda got dragged into this from Chapter 1 because 3 of us are working on our own subplot. Then again, going back to this you said earlier, just because someone is young does not mean they cannot be insightful. -
Ulkina (Latias) Ulkina hadn't covered much ground before Syni had caught up to her. Tears were streaming down her face. She huffed, clearly winded. She could barely breathe and contain her emotions. "S-syni," she choked out. "I-I don't know w-what to believe anymore. The people I think might be right." She wiped away the tears from her face. "That asshole dragon. I swear if I had five minutes alone with him I would just..." she trailed off and closed her eyes. She emitted a small psychic blast and screamed out to the world."The dragon is right, but he is misguided. I could see it in his eyes. He was a very small and weak one at one point, and he's since grown away from it." Syni looked at Ulkina in sympathy. "Maybe I won't take that leave." "C'mon Syni, let's go back"
-
Ulkina (Latias) She looked the Salamence dead in the eyes. The look on his face. Infuriation was at least half of it. Something else looked to be weighing in on his mind, but she couldn't put a finger on it, so she stuck to what she could deduce from the surface. "I think I understand this little charade you're throwing up. You're scared aren't you? You're scared the kingdom is gonna go to shit, even Azauqyar is scared of that I'd think. You're scared that someone younger than you is going to ascend the throne. You're scared that Kruga may have been foolish. He was younger than us and he tried to fight all those Gyarados all by himself. You're scared we'll make the same mistake he did. It doesn't matter, because it was his word before yours. You've tried intimidating people into thinking that maybe, just maybe, Azauqyar would be a better leader. Hell he might be for all I know. Kruga's word before yours. He named Eric and me as successors, not you. The people would be willing to die for their leader, or else they'd defect to the other scums of the Earth. The problem is, I haven't made up my mind to see if I am worth dying for. Eric hasn't either. I know you're scared to death of death itself, but we have to give it hell trying." Ulkina looked to the horizon and shut her eyes. "The people of the Sky Kingdom need a leader who will take charge. I don't know if Eric is willing to do it, but I might." Ulkina clasped the green scale. "I don't give a fuck about formalities when so many atrocities are being committed in this world. That's why you better get your shit together Stratos. Maybe you were wrong about brother. Maybe you were right. I don't know, and he isn't my problem now. He's yours." She looked back to Stratos. "I am taking a leave. If your guards try to stop me, I won't be afraid to use force on them. I don't want toñ but you'll bring it upon yourself if you do. I need time to think. Maybe I am not a reason worth dying for. But maybe I am a part of the reason. Maybe Eric's another part. Together we can be the reason to die for. Until then, goodbye." With the sudden speech concluded, she flew away from the castle, holding back her tears until she was clear out of Stratos' site. "I'm sorry Eric," she whispered. "I'm sorry brother."

Ulkina (Latias) For the time being, the large pissed off Salamence was hard to miss. Ulkina believed it would be best to give Alucard the benefit of the doubt for now. She glided outside, slamming the door open, catching the Salamence's attention. The dragon eyed her curiously and amused. She had to choose her words carefully, or Alucard would be more at stake than he already was. She stopped the Salamence in his tracks. "W-what are you gonna do with brother?" The Salamence did not look like he was in the mood to speak at all. He stormed toward the keep. Ulkina was getting infuriated by the Salamence's resolve. Ulkina was getting desperate to capture Strato's full attention, so she resorted to the one trick she only had up her sleeve. "Captian. I, your queen, order you to halt! Explain me this!" The girl's voice boomed with determination. She shivered when the words escaped her lips. She took a serious gamble by talking to him like that.

Alucard (Gengar) Alucard had nestled himself in a nice comfortable crevice between two boulders in in the cave Syni suggested. He felt at peace for the moment, like he could actually relax. The steady sound of water dripping was soothing his nerves and the eerie darkness was complimentary to the drippy water. He just sat back and let Syni take care of the rest. His thoughts turned to Ulkina. What was she doing? How was she going to react to all this? Ulkina (Latias) The disappointed dragon floated through the hallways thinking to herself. The guards had been sent for brother and they believed he was a power hungry fear monger. There was a rumor circulating that he hypnotized her and played her as his pawn. She had indeed followed him from the moment she noticed him. What was it about him though that seemed so familiar in the first place? All she had to go off of from memory was that he reminded her of her "brother" that took care of her long ago. There was a storm, indeed. It destroyed everything in it's wake of their dwelling. She had waited for so long for "brother" to show up, she had to move on. She was so young then. So scared. All alone in the big, mean world with no one who cared about her at all. Then he came. Something about him clicked. She never disagreed with him ever. She always followed him without second thoughts. She then sat down with the puzzling question: was he really controlling her?

??? (Lucario) The little Lucario reached a large field after a few good hours of sprinting, some dwellings dotting the landscape. She on the inside felt exhausted, but the spirit of the Lucarionite was infusing her with a strange magical energy. She couldn't quit running, until she saw the large field. The spirit chuckled. "This looks like a good spot my pretty." The Lucario desperately tried to tug off either one of her gauntlets, anything to get her away from this travesty of a spirit. The gauntlets were tightly worn, she had never taken them off since she received them. She didn't want to hurt anyone, it was the cursed orb that wanted to hurt people. She encountered a rather pitifully small settlement of flying type Pokémon. The birds and bugs of the village seemed at peace with the world, not knowing what was going on. The Lucario didn't want to hurt them. She really didn't. She had no control. Before she could even blink, she felt an icy fist go straight through a Pidgeot. It was her fist, but she didn't DO anything. The cursed orb was playing her like it's puppet. She tore off the head of it's young chick Pidgey that stood right next to it, trying to flee the fate of it's parent, but failed as the Lucario ended it's life in a flash. The Lucario was crying though, but again, she wasn't crying, because her body shed no tears as she committed the shamefully sinful act and proceeded to slaughter every last living thing in the village. Even the crops did not survive. A simple Fire Punch had turned them into nothing but ash and a thought.

Aye typhlo, you own Swain. Need to get this show on the road. -
??? (Lucario) The poor Lucario heard the heart of the Lucarionite digging deep into her mind, embedding itself. She tried so desperately to fight the urge to disembowel the nearest living thing. All of the sudden she seized up and lost the little control she had. "You know you shouldn't resist me," a voice called out to her from her inner conscious. The voice dripped with malevolence and a heart of evil. "You are nothing without me!" "I am not your slave!" The Lucario shouted. Her black eyes darted around. She strangely had more awareness than she usually had in this state. "What are you doing to me spirit?" The Lucarionite spirit's voice lost it's malevolance. "I thought it'd be fun to let you do the killing for once." The poor Lucario shook her head in resistance. "No. I will never!" The Lucarionite spirit tsked her. "I can smell it. The smell of lives that are saturated with energy and vivacity. You ARE going, whether you want to or not." And with that, the Lucario sprinted off in the direction north to a closer kingdom.

Well until friggin Yash decides to advance Syni in the story, looks like Alucard and Ulkina are stuck in comatose for now. Guess that gives me time to develop my bloodthirsty Lucario into a better character. -
Alucard (Gengar) Alucard had seperated to talk to Syni about them possibly evacuating. After the debacle that occurred in the castle, he knew staying would be unadvisable at best. Alucard didn't blame her for anything really, but he was initially skeptical when the Haunter made the suggestion. His head felt funny though. Why, he couldn't understand. He found the cave Syni talked about in their original plan. Ulkina (Latias) Ulkina grew worried about Alucard since he slipped away a while ago. Eric seemed to be wrapped up in talking with the Drake Guard guy Dravius. She had taken the scale from Dravius hesitantly and stuck it on her back. While Eric continued to talk to Dravius, Ulkina silently slipped away to find Alucard. As much as it pained her to leave Eric, her blood brother, she had to find Alucard and they had to get out of there. Ulkina flew away silently with tears trickling down her cheeks. "I'm sorry brother, b-but I need t-to find my other brother."
-
Alucard (Gengar) The large Dragonite ignored him and Ulkina as the Latios swooped down and started questioning him and the rest of them. Alucard responded first. "Azauqyar rained down hell upon your troops after there was an attempted uprising by the soldiers I think. I'd rather not say what enraged the soldiers."
-
Alucard (Gengar) / Ulkina (Latias) Alucard lied to the Dragonite about actually getting Ulkina's consent to leave prior to his departure. However a large explosion rocked the entire castle, and that made it all the easier to convince her it was time to get the hell out of Dodge. "What was that brother?" Ulkina asked. "I don't know, but I could feel it. Hard. All the way over here." Alucard grabbed Ulkina's hand and they zoomed through the corridors to the front doors. They would have gotten away scot-free, except for the large Dravius to block their wayñ looking at Ulkina for some reason.

Man I forgot how dynamic RPs can get. Like look throughout Chapter 2 how quickly Alucard went from serious to a pretty annoying guy in the Sky Kingdom. I didn't intend for him to become Public Enemy #1, but I thought it'd be interesting to see what would happen when Wander got to knuckle-cracking when I decided to screw with the guards. (See bottom of pg. 14-15 for my response)
