  1. Alucard (Gengar) Alucard just stared up at the Dragonite unfazed by the sheer number of troops that outnumbered him. Heck, the Dragonite probably expected him to tremble in fear. The Dragonite probably wanted a reason to unload on him, but Alucard would not give him the satisfaction of backing down or letting him fight. He merely grinned and shrugged. "Aye if thay Sludge were still there I swear I would have licked it off and smeared it all over my face if it would have made him remotely happier." Alucard may have been ignorant or easily provoked, but he was by no means stupid. Foolish sometimes definitely, but risking an attack here would risk himself and maybe Ulkina's safety. "I am leaving the kingdom for now. I am taking Lady Ulkina with me. Eric has not responded to her. I need to take her somewhere where she can think for herself. She has already consented, and I'm grabbing her now." Alucard then reached into the opaque matter of his body and pulled out a shimmering rainbow-colored orb in one hand, and in the other he pulled a perfectly round purple stone with a darker purple stripe running through the middle of it. "I'm sure you know what these things do when they're together. I suggest not trying to stop me. Things could have been way worse had I used these earlier. Send my condolances to Stratos and Azauqyar." Then once again he disappeared into the castle walls.
  2. Alucard (Gengar) Alucard and Ulkina sat in her room for a good long while. The two did not speak to each other for a long period, their eye contact telling each other all they really needed to know. Alucard broke the silence by patting Ulkina's wing. "I need to resolve an ordeal. You fine with that?" Ulkina nodded. "Ok then. Gimme an hour or so and I'll come back." Alucard immediately left the room and floated slowly toward the front gate, earning scowls from the castle servants and guards. Alucard melted through the front door and floated in front of the two Drake Guards that stood in the way of the door. They looked ready to fight and he didn't blame them for it. He gently landed on his feet in front of the two guards. "I need to talk to Stratos. Do you guys mind fetching him for me?" The guards looked hesitant, but Alucard waited there unmoving. Alucard took note of the uncleaned sludge on the overhanging wall.
  3. Alucard (Gengar)/Ulkina (Latias) Alucard shut the door quite amused with himself at how pissed off Swain must have been with him. The Drake Guard were a bunch of jerks anyways Alucard thought. He immediately stopped grinning as he saw the Latias Ulkina perched over a window visibly sobbing and hiccuping. "W-what do you want brother?" Ulkina asked. Alucard stared down at the floor. "Yeah I heard that Kruga is kinda pushing up daisies now. I wanted to ask what's up because I heard you may be one of his successors." Ulkina turned around to face him with tears streaming down her face. "Yes. Eric is supposed to be taking his place and Azauqyar wants me to be queen." She turned back around and stopped sobbing. "That's not what's bothering me though. Eric wants to fly away with me to think it over and talk. I heard it through his thoughts. I don't know if I should though." Alucard's demeanor turned to one of purest sympathy. He floated over to Ulkina. "Mind if I stay the night here with you?" Ulkina nodded. "Let's take a while to think about it." ______________________ ??? (Lucario) Somewhere far out of the Sky Kingdom, in the Dratini Meadows, a curvy young Lucario repeatedly punched a boulder that had gotten on her nerves. Adourned to each hand was a gauntlet. The left held a Key Stone, and the right held a shiny orb. Attached to her ankles were rusty shackles, with the chain long since broken. This particular boulder annoyed her because she had been trying to destroy it without any help. She used to be a Champion for crying out loud. It was all because of the stupid orb Iining her gauntlet. This had done this to her. She wanted so desperately to rid herself of it, but she was weak without it. She fell to her knees huffing. One more time couldn't hurt. She could control herself. At least she hoped. She pressed on the Key Stone and soon she felt herself enveloped in a harsh pink light. She felt her body growing stronger. The Aura pulsing through her veins. The pink light dissipated and she stood tall and punched the boulder, and shattered it into hundreds of pieces with one blow. She felt satisfied. Except her orb did not. The whites of her eyes turned black and she stooped over gripping her head in anguish. The urge was back again. Blood. She needed to shed it.
  4. Alucard (Gengar) The Gengar rolled his eyes and grinned again. "I can work with that chief. She's gonna trust me before she trusts your crusty face." He opened the door to Ulkina's room. "Pretty sure I should have been clearer, but next time, have some guards on hand that aren't arrogant assholes, because I was sure they'd recognize me." With that, Alucard quickly closed the door, before Swain had a chance to respond.
  5. Damn you Pineapple. I was considering making a new character with a name similar to that. Ah well, here goes. Name: Aria Wyatt Age: 24 Gender: Female Rank: Bandit Wanderer (Former Champion) Kingdom: N/A Bio: Once a loyal Land Kingdom Champion, with an uncontrollable bloodlust in her will to fight. Ever since Aria was a Riolu pup, she was destined to uphold her familial honor. When she evolved, she obtained her family's most valuable possession: a small orb of Lucarionite. However, the piece of Lucarionite had been tampered with by agents of the Magic Kingdom, giving her the side effect of an uncontrollable bloodlust. Her parents handed her the Key Stone and she Mega Evolved. Immediately after, she slaughtered both of her parents ruthlessly. The Land Kingdom was amazed by this and her stability and left her as the Kingdom's Champion for a short time. However, one day she slipped away from her post to do some lovely killing. She Mega Evolved again and slew another Pokemon. This time, the Land Kingdom stripped her of her title, put her in shackles and has since sent her away. Aria is unsure why she likes to maime and kill, but she has fought the curse of the Lucarionite to the best of her ability. The urge has not taken over since she Mega Evolved a while back, but she knows the urge still resides within. Now Aria walks alone, with broken shackles at her feet and her gauntlets with the Key Stone and Lucarionite in each one, constantly reminding her of the horror she had become.
  6. Alucard (Gengar) Alucard fell off the chandelier rubbing his head in mild discomfort. "I'm here to see Ulkina, but that bastard's Drake Guard wouldn't allow me in to talk to her." Alucard giggled. "You could also say I had a little fun here too. But I seriously need to talk to Ulkina." Ulkina (Latias) Ulkina all of the sudden felt a light pain in her head. It was the recently restored telepathic connection she had with Eric. His thoughts were emitting from him onto her. He seemed to be worried about something. She didn't know yet what is was about. She thought out hard "Eric. I need to see you at the front gates." And with that she zoomed to the front gate, hoping he got her message.
  7. Fixed my stuff. Although one suggestions I'd like to make is writing whose characters belong to who, because I can't tell who Swain belongs to
  8. Alucard (Gengar) As soon as Alucard vanished through the wall, he knew he'd pissed off the wrong dragon. He legitimately tried looking for Ulkina. But only for a good five or ten minutes, because all the cool stuff in the castle. He figured he'd amuse himself for the time being. He floated up to a high chandelier and mounted it, starting to ride it back and forth. He laughed hysterically as the chandelier creaked and groaned on the hinges that held it in place. He laughed even harder when he was sure he heard a Salamence's angry roar. Some time passed and Alucard saw the livid Stratos rush right below him, seemingly ignorant of his position. Alucard whistled aloud and yelled "Yoo-hoo!" mockingly out to the Salamence. Surely he grabbed his attention. The Salamence seemed to ignore him, however he had indeed caught the attention of an equally angry Swain
  9. Aye mate I legitimately want to see how it turns out like this. Alucard is an odd one when he's insulted. EDIT: smaller less obnoxious picture.
  10. Alucard (Gengar) Alucard was at first daunted by the large dragon that landed in front of him, the descent creating a small wind that blew him a few feet away. He steeled his nerves and cleared his throat. "Are you for real friend? I mean seriously." Alucard chuckled to himself. "They send a Raticate with wings to talk with me? I saw your comrade Azauqyar a matter of days ago to brief me and my companion Ulkina on the situation. That Haunter Syni let me listen in on Ulkina and her ties with her blood brother Eric. Then your buddy Kruga I hear snuffed it a while ago from a couple of your grunts on the streets. I need to talk to Ulkina now." Alucard was about to move, but he had to add something. He pointed to the Dragonite. "Your buddy here also thinks it's motherfucking funny to mock my flames. Sure you guys have fought gods repeatedly, but have you ever DIED? It's scary shit I tell you. I don't know how, but I know I'm not all existant. I have taken potentially fatal hits and endured unmeasurable amounts of pain." Alcuard levitated up to eye level with the Salamence. "I dare raise my damn hand against a soldier of peace, because I believe disarray is at stake if I don't consult my companion in the next move whether she wants to stay or not." Alucard conjured a Sludge Bomb this time, tossing it around in his hands. "Oh yeah, and here's a present to your commander Azauqyar. Alley-oop." Alucard chucked the Sludge Bomb at the wall of the castle, causing it to explode and rain sludge all over the clean walls of the castle. "I'm done with your shit gentlemen, and with that I bid you a farewell." With that Alucard slipped past the Drake Guard and disappeared into the wall of the castle.
  11. ^ Totally does not overuse those weird manly staring faces like the Whimsicott one.
  12. Alucard (Gengar) "Let me in!" Alucard shouted to the assumed Drake Guard. One of them kicked Alucard away, sending him sprawling on the ground. He had to talk to Ulkina and he was pretty crazy to attempt what he was about to do. Alucard's eyes glowed pink. "Heh. You guys should let me talk to your Commander Azauqyar." He then conjured two little purple Will-o-Wisp flames and started juggling them and laughing loudly. "It would be a shame if someone got burned by these little babies right here. Bring your Commander or I might just use these on you."
  13. Honestly like everyone else has said, Ralts is better than Espurr and Gothita in the mid-late game. When it gets Moonblast it's essentially all set with it's arsenal. Meowstic male you can't go wrong with in the early part of the game up until Aya just for dual screens. I ran Meowstic male on my team alongside Gardevoir all the way to Radomus JUST for free screens. Gothitelle only has use as a tanky Calm Mind user and the rest of it's usefulness fades to competitive use. You're playing AI who almost never switch, so Shadow Tag is next to useless. Frisk is good too, but is outclassed by Prankster and Trace. What makes Ralts terrible in the early game is shoddy stats. Forget that it's weak to Poison and Steel for a moment, because Gardevoir does an adequate job tackling those. Ame was also smart in moving Ralts - a fan favorite - to later on so she gives you the player a chance to use otherwise terrible Pokemon. I can never look at Cricketune the same way again when I did Fury Cutter sweep on the first 2 gyms. (Except for damn Emolga) Ralts was like most of the axed Pokemon - a fan favorite. Most fan favorites like Gyarados, Lucario, Metagross, Sableye, etc. were moved so you could use a broader spectrum of Pokemon. That's how I've come to respect Steelix, Toxicroak, Noivern, and Ninetales. Four Pokemon I never ever would have used if way better options were available.
  14. Alucard (Gengar) Alucard had whizzed over to the Sky Kingdom's castle gates so quickly his sprint left him wheezing. Two dragon Pokemon stood in the way denying him entrance to the castle. He presumed these guys were part of the Azauqyar's Drake Guard, but he couldn't be sure. "I need to speak to Ulkina NOW!" Alucard shouted. The two dragons merely shook their heads as Alucard started to ineffectively pound one with his tiny fist. "Tell Ulkina that BROTHER is looking for her." Ulkina (Latias) Ulkina had lived in the castle since Kruga's invited them to stay. She merely zoomed through the halls doing sweeping barrel rolls and alley-oops in the time the servants weren't telling her to stop, and even then she ignored them. She'd been introduced to her blood brother Eric too. Even though they had a broken telepathic connection with each other that was restored, her memories of him were weak at best in recollection. She didn't quite know how to feel about her blood brother. On one hand, Eric was the only real relation she had in this world. On the other hand, Alucard the Gengar accompanied her as they wandered around alone for the longest time. She didn't know what to do, because Alucard may not have been her caretaker from long ago.
  15. Don't worry about my posts Yash. I fixed them into a different context already. Although I must ask where that leaves Ulkina in the picture after Eric is crowned? I guarantee you she's not gonna stick around forever.
  16. (Quick note: I let Yash bunny Ulkina and Alucard to place them in here) Alucard (Gengar) Alucard decided to have a look around at the vast Sky Kingdom to understand better for himself why he was here. He initially turned down Kruga's offer to join their ranks. If he had half the mind he did, he probably would have spit on Kruga for suggesting such a thing. He dismissed the thought and left Ulkina to the care of Eric the Latios right now. Her blood brother. That annoying Haunter he encountered in that meadow a while back certainly didn't help him in the least. He left the Haunter the second he could for breathing room. This place felt so alien for some reason, yet at the same time he felt an odd dejavu sort of nostalgia. He was tempted to actually take up Kruga on that offer. Although two chatting soldiers told him otherwise. "Man I can't believe the old bastard bit the dust already." Alucard would have ignored that if the soldier didn't follow up. "I heard Commander Eric is supposed to be his successor with that wide-eyed sisted of his. A Latias I think." Alucard stopped right there and thought to himself. He could talk to Ulkina or he could leave it be. He decided to consult Ulkina as soon as possible, and made his way back to the castle.
  17. Ooh the tension is real. Thought people would consider posting again since Yash gave the green light to reopen this thing. Guess I'll break the ice.
  18. The Book of Eli was one of my favorite movies because it screwed with your mind. The main character Eli says he has to take a book out West because he was told by a voice to do so. Guys want his book because it has the power to sway people. The guy wears sunglasses for the whole movie, and you realize at the end that the book was a Bible and it was in Braille because when the antagonists recieve it, they're pissed off it's Braille. The kicker is that it may be some miracle because Eli was busting headshots with a pistol like no one's business. Dat speculation tho.
  19. Rocket seems like the most realistic team. They are essentially the PokeMafia and they have the most realistic goals of making cash and a side-business genetics department. Everyone else was pretty cool in their own way, but Rocket was the most believeable.
  20. Hm...three people. That's an ok number for an idea I just tossed out. I might make this a legit thread if I get a few more. The biggest problem I see is how to organize a workable plot and the zombies since there's so many different kinds.
  21. You know I was wondering why this guy was clogging the threads.
  22. Banned for having a Darkrai, b/c it prolly has Dark Void
  23. So I don't have much time to type this one up since I'm on my phone now, but bear with me. I've been looking up old RP's for the hell of it and I've been seeing the Yugioh, Academy, and Battlegrounds RPs really taking off so far. I wanted to throw out a bone to the RP community to see what they thought about a zombie-themed RP. Granted zombies are an overused caricature in movies and video games, but I'm surprised no zombie RPs have surfaced. I had in mind two seperate classes of people. Regular Humans, and Reanimated Humans. I got a lot of inspiration from a flash game called "Sonny" where you play as an intellectual zombie that was reborn in an undead but cognitive state. I would make this RP like a Left 4 Dead style with zombie setup. Mostly slow and stupid Walkers for the most part, but occasionally something rare like a Smoker. Of course I would rename the zombie types into more suitable names. The point of the RP would just be survive and nothing else but fun character development. It may sound boring at first, but the Academy is essentially going to school, Battlegrounds is fighting and talking, and the Yugioh is school and dueling. If I can get a handful of people interested, I'll put more thought into this and make it an OOC/Sign-Up thread. Again it's just an idea, and I might rehash it when school's out.

    Cain

Y'know, on the first go-around I didn't really like him as much. Like I'm standing here waiting for a trainer card and he comes in like "HEEEEYYYYY you're cute." If I were there I would have just stared at him with a stern face like: "Are you for real?" Ame crafted Reborn to be a shit hole and she did a good job with that. I'm standing in the shit hole until he shows up with the most polar attitude ever. I'm trying to take this game seriously and he butts in. Honestly I'd be all ape-shit crazy like him if I lived in the bigger craphole of Byxbsion (prolly not spelling it right) with a bi-otch of an older sister and a looming Gym responsibility. I hated him on the first playthrough most at Radomus' when the power goes out. He cracks a suggestive line when you should be on edge, and he just killed the tension. All in all, Cain is finely crafted, but the question put forth was "what do YOU think about Cain" so now you know what I think.
