Gigalith. I keep putting him in the pc box but always end up bringing him back, he pretty much killed 3 or 4 of the gym leader mons. Also wobbuffet,that mirror coat destroyed the pulse swalot

Finishing my first pokemon game for the first time(pokemon ruby). I didnt know anything about STAB,priority,status effects,etc.(I was really young lol) but still did the game in a decent time.

Well mine is kind of stupid,but oh well. They started calling me Sheriff in high school after a big fight between a few people broke up and I somehow managed to calm down both sides. After that, and by seeing the way I was sitting relaxed in the classroom like some old sheriff in a small town,the name just came itself. I think dark rising 1 and 2 are harder rom hacks,mainly because of some opponents having overleveled pokemon compared to yours. But yeah rom hacks,not rpg maker stuff.

thanks for the fast responses! just to clarify I am not really into breeding and stuff like that,I am pretty much just a casual player without knowledge of those things. For gardevoir, so moonblast,psychic,calm mind and what for the 4th move considering I am not for breeding. Should I perhaps stick with magical leaf? ( thinking because I pretty much dont have anything in my team or pc with grass moves)

Hello there.as e15 is around the corner I started to go back and capture/train some stuff I wanted. The pokemons on the list are Lucario,Lanturn,Arcanine and Gardevoir. Now my question is what moves/abilities I should have on them. While I did use Gardevoir and Lucario in some other games so I have some ideas,on the other hand I never used Lanturn and Arcanine. And about Lucario,should I go with attack or spa? (I have hariyama and mienshao so I was thinking about some special set)

Ok the guy above is really into it,but there is no need for that (well,for ep 14 there is not,who knows for elite four and stuff like that ). I am actually pretty much just a casual player,but still managed to beat reborn with this not so special team with no ev/breeding,so dont give up. Just think of some strategies before you go in the battle.

Hello there. First of all,not sure if this goes here or more into the radio tower,but as this is really "anything about pokemon" part of forum I guess that it makes pokemon manga also part of it. Anyways,I was wondering about pokemon manga editions. I see that there are many versions on the net,but which are the best in your opinion? I finished pokemon adventures(all editions up to date),and started with "Pocket Monsters Festival of Champions",also a great version with Red and great art,but only 2 chapters translated on english. So do you guys know any other I should check?

The version 14 is the first and only that I played,so I have no idea about the old gym setups and their difficulties,but I usually hear they were harder. Pretty much like the guy above. Noel was pretty hard,especially as I am not that familiar that well with pokemon abilities so the skill link was devastating in the first try :/ And people say Samson was easy,but I had some trouble at first. Before the gym I didnt have much pokemon to choose from,only delphox was good in it. But because of that gym battle I learned I need more variety in my team so I caught some new pokes and trained a bit. The first gym and Charlotte were the easiest for me,the first being quite weak and by the time I got to Charlotte I had a nice team and started to think a lot more about strategies. I won without breaking the field or even rain dancing in first try.

First game was the ruby version,got it with special ruby gameboy design and a small bag also in ruby colored. But I knew about pokemon from the start,the pokemon cards and everything related to them was really popular in my hometown. I was only 8 when I got the game so my english wasnt really that good,so I had some trouble in the start. I played that game for around 500 hours in total,just starting again and again and always a different team,trying to win the champion tittle with underleveled and underused stuff

Looks interesting,wish you all the luck. Let me ask a few questions or say a few things,and if something was answered already and I missed it,I apologise. Will it have time events like reborn/rejuv for pokemon? WIll it have field effects? Will it have hm/tms which are needed on your team most of the time or will they be used just here and there? I actually hope neither of this,I would prefer items replacing the need for those. Will it have shinies? And just a few more things to say.So far the 3 starters look cool,and hopefully it will stay so for the other fakemos aswell. What I hate about some fakemon games is that they make them too complicated with their designs. They add tons of colors and details and it feels like the pokemon is wearing some armor and is not in its originial state. I prefer more simplistic designs. Also just wanted to point out that there are lots of fakemons on the internet,perhaps take some ideas out of them? Or if you are out of ideas in the future,perhaps make a thread where we can post our ideas/designs.

Looks like digimon tri is coming in november,just announced in a teaser. Anyone hyped for it? I am only because of my huge nostalgia from when I was a kid,loved that show.

I am not really into searching for new pokes/breeding/new items so hopefully someone can give me tips or strategy based on my team. I am having the most trouble with lanturn I think(I pretty much manage to kill around 4 of his team) MUK lvl 42. -minimize,venom drench,gunk shot,sludge bomb SUNFLORA lvl 43. -petal dance,sunny day,leaf storm,solarbeam ZEBSTRIKA lvl 43 -pursuit,spark,discharge,stomp GRENINJA lvl 45-bounce,x sci,smack down,water pulse JUMPLUFF lvl 39-lech seed,mega drain,acrobatics,rage powder and other stuff: CORSOLA lvl 45-brine,iron defense,power gem,rock blast TOXICROAK lvl 46-sucker punch,zen headbutt,revenge,mud bomb COFAGRIUS lvl 38 power split,willowisp,ominous wind,curse also have mawile(39),blaziken(45),pangoro(42) and torkoal(44)

I had 3 not so used pokemon which proved to be useful. Minun- I really needed a electric type pokemon,and didnt get an emolga like some have,so I somehow ended with minun. I can say,its quite good! I used it from around lvl 20-40,it actually has a decent speed and hits quite well,electro ball ftw Seaking-also as someone said,needed a water pokemon and I just fished there for goldeen. Stats may be bad of seaking,but the early waterfall swept opponents,and horn drill+megahorn were useful too. I actually had it in my team the whole time. Tranquill-Unfezant-Air cutter crit swept everything around lvl 15-30,used it till lvl 40 then the lack of physical attacks was just a bit too much to handle so I had to switch it
