  1. First off you should have made a post ----> HERE <---- But since people have suggested strategies and what not here i m gonna fire away my strategies. Here is the list of gen 2 mons that can be very useful when Vs Aya: well the strategy here is to get rid of the field and EQ everything and anything on the field. lead with Noctowl and Piloswine set up reflect and mist. Next EQ everything and anything you see on the field and rinse and repeat until all aya's mon are gone.
  2. hehe np and if you want to reset EV just use the reset ev berries you can buy them from the obsidia department store lvl 8.you need 7 stickers i think,so you cant get it yet as of now. Anyways --->here<--- is the guide for department store stickers.
  3. umm roseselia evolves using shiny stone not dawn stone and yeah you can get a dawn stone at azurine island. hmm as for grass types hmm well you can go with leavanny if you want a physical attack grass type or ludicolo if you want a special grass type which kinda tanky and i feel that you team kinda needs a water type. Or you can put in a roserade suggested by most people. Well first off get rid of noibat, pangoro and shiftry. Also you can always have a back up team, so you can swap around to what pokemon suits the certain gym or boss. well unless you are doing a mono run or something most people have backup teams. You can train up a quagsire/camerupt/diggersby/swinub to wreck aya. just change the field using mist and you should do ok since in mist you can just use EQ without it getting weaken by the field. swinub/quagsire/pelliper learn mist. Mist is an awesome move in reborn cause it gets rid of annoying field effects. It is always good to have a pokemon which can change the field to your advantage. Oh and you can grind at the grand hall since the trainer there can be re-battled again and again.Need good places to EV train here are some good places to EV train for each stat: Ok now for what you can consider adding into you team/reserve team: Hmm quite a long post from me oh well good luck hope you enjoy playing reborn.
  4. hmm well here are my best spots. well i only do my ev training in the pre agate area cause well the pokemon are weaker and easier to kill with just 1 hit/move. i will only list the pre agate areas which i use to EV train cause i dont think any1 uses agate areas to Ev train.hope it helps. Speed Attack Sp.Atk Def Sp Def HP
  5. Non gym leader: Dr Sigmund Connal double battle at yureyu building. oh my, cain is just useless his nidoking keeps on spamming trash and he gets confuse and hit himself. urgh yes it is immune to the discharge electross was spamming but if the only thing which is immune to electric move dies by killing itself gah that is just so annoying and guess what he does not know teamwork omg electross was low hp and he atks the full hp raichu nice woo. i could have gone and battle the other double but i wanted to beat Dr Sigmund Connal so badly because i just hate him. Never tried vsing solaris/the other guy cant remember who it was i think cain would still do stupid things like killing himself in confusion and hitting a full hp mon when there is another mon in which is low hp. Aster and Eclipse final battle. meh force me to grind a bunch lucky Aya was with you so grinding is kinda easy since after every battle you healed up but still Aya is so useless . idk what i got against cain's family but both him and his sister cause me so much problems they just dont know what is teamwork. Gym leaders: Charlotte. This girl gave me so much problems nerfed and pre nerfed both are still dam bloody hard. Energy ball on typhlosion yeah very illegal indeed. Noel. Omg that skill link cinccino urgh all the flinch haxes if you used a slower pokemon good luck have fun which i did my poor hariyama got wrecked because i lead with him thinking it could kill noel since he is a normal type gym leader. but now if i m not wrong he does not lead with cinccino back when he did ouch you must lead with a very fast mon or you be in big trouble.
  6. @hykura First off why on earth is a mightyena holding black belt. well since mightyena has black belt i assume you have unlocked the pancham playground area. So just grab beta those 3X lvl50 Pangoro and grab yourself a scraggy. You can soft reset until it has decent egg moves Dragon dance is a nice egg move. Scrafty is a bulky and awesome fighting type to use against noel. Hjk can sweep most of his mons other than swellow, clefable and wigglytuff. i used an excadrill to sweep his whole team set up swords dance on his first pokemon and proceed and sweep his whole team with metal claw. but the problem is drilbur has become a mystery egg but if you have older episodes you can catch it at tarzan depths. Ok now lets talk about you team and what we can do to improve it vs noel and for later gyms.3 of the members in your current team are going to be weak/are weak and not very useful in the mid game. The 3 pokemons are unfezant,Mightyena and Arbok. I suggest replacing them as soon as possible. i have listed a few pokemons you can consider adding into your team below. As suggested by wytch_doctr get dual screens and prankster on Meowstick M. leave on misty terrain as it will be very useful in other gyms where you need to change the field to your advantage and with prankster you will move faster and change the field before the gym leader/boss do something. First off i would add a water type into your team, next a fighting type and last anything which can help with noel/fairy counter. Also you can make a back up team since it is kinda easy to train stuff in episode 15 because the trainers in grand hall can be re-battle again and again.
  7. than if you are doing that you must lvl quagsire to lvl 48 than lvl him down so you can use him. well i am sure swoobat and quagsire can sweep aya. also you should have mention in your post that you were using mons that you never used before but oh well. hmm it is kinda hard to make quagsire learn mist since u have to over lvl it by 3 lvls. hmm well you can always use pelipper if you had not used 1 before an easier task cause u can just catch wingull/pelliper easily and they are around lvl 30+ and should have mist on them i think.
  8. @SethKM Aya is weak to psychic type and certain ground types moves(earth power,Dig,Drill Run) if you play in her wasteland field but you can always change the field to what you want using Mist,Misty terrain,Electric terrain and Grassy terrain. The most readily available field changing move is Mist. Well Quagsire,Pelipper and Piloswine are the few pokemon you can consider using to mist the field. Train piloswine to lvl 46 since it learns EQ at lvl 46 and use common candy to lower its lvl to the lvl cap. Quagsire learns mist at lvl 48 and piloswine learns it at lvl 37 so i guess the best pokemon to run mist on is piloswine or pelipper. Here is the team i would run to fight Aya: well i would get rid of beautifly and corsola cause they are not that good stat wise and move pool wise in late game replace beautifly with swoobat and corsola with Quagsire.
  9. well it must be windy day and at night for the eevee event to trigger. Also i think you have to beat the pulse abra to trigger the eevee event.
  10. @ AnimeFg No problem. @nugget_22 well you can win easily just take out that pesky masquerain. i wonder why your camerupt does not have rock slide. oh well just dont lead with 2 fire types burn the field and lead with a fire type which can burn the forest and a flying type which cannot be affected by the burning field the flying type maybe an unfezant since you can get pidove at the slums and you can easily train it up to unfezant cause the grand hall trainer can be rebattle again and again.
  11. @ AnimeFg well you can change the field by using mist. if i am not wrong Piloswine/Mamoswine learn it. Once the field is misted just EQ away but watch out aya might turn the field to Corrosive mist(dont think she has moves to do so but just be incase bring a mon which can kaboom the corrosive mist field). You can still EQ away in Corrosive mist or you can always just use mist again to make it back to normal mist or use lava plume to kaboom the field/ use explosion/self-destruct to make field into neutral field. well since you can catch lvl 30+ swinub at the ice cave near shades gym it will be easy to have a piloswine with mist since swinub learns mist at lvl 35.
  12. ah ok well you can find out where to get prism scale --> Here <-- if you need a screen shot of the area you can ask someone to do it cause i cant right now.
  13. Glaceon because i just love ice types and i like glaceon's design.
  14. To evolve feebas make it hold prism scale and use link stone. well milotic is an awesome water type if you need more water types in you team. well i would train up something which can beat fairy and steel since that would prolly be the few next gyms. well no guard machamp would be useful in steel gym. well i would train up an Aggron since he is a beast vs fairy provided they dont have EQ. Also why bother Assigning 6 mons for your team when you can just train and have them all.
  15. haha yeah wish you recorded it to show the world how oped magcargo is XD
  16. -well you can try using attract+yawn+air balloon on Magcargo and hope he spams EQ. -you can use a tanky torkoal with air balloon and spam iron defense/curse and than spam smokescreen and hope all his moves miss and let him use all his pp and smack him with a fully boosted body slam -You can use a tanky numel with simple ability and air balloon spam. Run yawn+attract+curse+EQ and use attract at turn 1 and start spamming curse after that just hope that the Ai spams EQ. -some how breed a rapidash(breed with nidoran male) with horndrill ev train him in speed and dump in daycare until he lvls up to lvl 76 lots of walking/ridding on bike involved for this method and it might take some time to do this unless you can some how buy 31 rare candies. also delete all moves and just leave horn drill so that the rapidash will hopfully follow yer orders and use horndrill. 620000 poke dollars for 31 rare candies. well this method is risky and lots of gambling involve so i wont use it XD well that is all the strategies i can come out with.
  17. @sound of silence pancham is better than mankey in terms of move pool. mankey is too frail and only has 2 fighting type moves whne it hits lvl 25. Plus pancham/pangoro can be used for shade since he has the ability scrappy. 2 birds 1 stone rather than wasting time training a frail and useless fighting type like mankey i rather train pancham. but the best fighting type available early is 100% makuhita. @karlboy21 Remove hariyama from you team since he cant do much vs a team of flying types. train up sealeo and evole him to walrein and add him to you team also you can add lanturn to deal with talonflame and bronzong to deal with mega altaria,. Also just grind your pokemon to around lvl 73-74. you can whack the clown at agate circus since he can be battled again and again.
  18. well i would bench goldeen for florinia battle because it is weak to most of the pokemon she has. well also i would grind all your pokemon to 23-25. i would grab a makuhita or pancham and train it since fighting types are very useful against florinia.
  19. well i would just grind your makuhita and make it a hariyama. hariyama should be able to sweep Luna with close combat and for march hare(sableye) just Eq the field 2 time bam everything dies. Also grind your pokemon to around lvl 60-63. you should be able to grind at grand hall as the trainer there can be rebattled again and again.
  20. gardevoir. since i rather not waste a dawn stone on a weaker medicham a.k.a gallade.

    Shade's Gym

Well you should have made a post --->HERE<---- instead of making you own thread. Anyway get a dark type like Mightyena and train it and use it to sweep the first few pokemons of shade. well you can use magneton to do tons of electric damage. also you can read more strategy of beating shade at the official gym leader help thread there are a lot of post/ people asking how to beat shade ect ect.
  22. 2,4 and 5 meh wish there were more choices XD but oh well. good luck and have fun.
  23. @baczoni Hmm well i would get rid of fearow, septile and heatmor. replace 1 of them with magnezone/magneton with sturdy so you can deal with mega altaria with a steel type move. well cant say much cause i dont know what other mons you have. hmm you can replace sceptile and heatmor with lapras/walrein/dewgong/piloswine. if you find the field to be irritating just change it by using mist(piloswine/mamoswine can learn) or misty terrain(meowstic M/F )
  24. well i would not even use volt tackle on raichu i rather use nasty plot+Thunder/thunderbolt and make it a special atk raichu with Lightning Rod. Well there are better physical atk electric types available in game like electivire, luxray, zebstrika. also i wont use so many electric types against ciel since most of her mons carry EQ. well the best mon to train for ciel would be archeops since it is imune to ground attacks and can dmg ciel's mons with STAB rock type moves.
  25. Water type eh. here is a list of water types you can consider putting in your team. some of which can't be gotten yet but you can consider putting them in you team and use a sub water type before you can get the spesific water pokemon you like. Physical Attack water types Special Attack water types
