Yeah, I did all of them. Hope that book does something nice. Exploring treasure isles sounds really nice. Personally, I love the remote islands adventure feel Desolation has, at least so far. Sevii islands was my favourite part of FRLG.

It is, but no much more than say, a starter. It's hard for it to OHKO anything and easily gets OHKO'd in return.

Oh hey, I didn't realise Gastly was available. It's not even that strong, I don't understand why the others seem allergic to having it in their games. Thanks, I love Gastly. I have a few new thoughts. You really should reconsider the credit system, the quests themselves, even in the episode that introduced them, get pretty repetitive and boring. I suggest making fewer, but longer and more detailed sidequests that give up more rewards instead of a few copypasted search for X quests, for example. Looking forward to whatever's coming next. I mean it when I say this is looking really good so far, but do your best not to fall into the same traps lots of romhack or fangame makers do.

Melia is almost certainly Marianette and Madame X is defeated in the past eventually which is why a 'modern', 'familiar' mask is in the museum. Calling it now.

Hold up, so I've just got to the end of the current part. Angie's been frozen in ice for 'a couple of weeks' now. We know her deranged servant is going to try and free her. Why didn't we tell anyone? Why did no one think to have the very dangerous insane magical girl moved somewhere more secure?

Was there? I don't recall seeing white hair guy in Akuwa. Did he do anything? As for Melia being Maria being Marianette, remember when Angie tries sacrificing her and it turns out she's immune, like Maria? Melia also says that it feels familiar while that's going on. Lots of parallels too, like both of them being (pre) normal gym leaders, and looking and dressing similar. Hell, even their names are similar. For a more meta example, both Melia and Maria are talented in things not necessarily relevant to the plot. They're Jan's pets. Considering she tries to swing her Kill la kill sword at us and outright says she's going to take our life, yeah, there's a slight possibility.

His attitude was also a lot different, and he was talking like he knew about us but never met. Maybe every part of the magic time ranger squad has alternate time selves or something, since it's fairly obvious now that Melia is Maria.

Since Kanon is the only white haired guy we know now, could he be the guy who told us how to change Valor Mountain's emotions? They're wearing different clothes and the Valor mountain guy's hair is darker, though.

Oh, I agree completely, actually. I can't think of a single character who's actually helpful and on our side. Melia and the rest of the magical cool kids time travel club have their own thing going on. Venam is (literally) toxic and I wouldn't be surprised to find out if she wants to get really, really friendly with Melia. Ren's the dame, except he's salty enough to join Team Xen because we saved his shithole town for him. Nim, assuming she can return, is pretty unstable. I don't think Saki and Amber should count as human, either. I wish I could have completely ignored Amber and just went out to see Venam when she came.

Marianette being Melia was pretty obvious since the first time you see her in the gym, in my opinion. Oh, and loltimetravel we don't have to care about the age of anyone anymore

Did anyone else find it really weird how Melia, now an accomplished trainer, is asked to support the program by waitressing for peanuts for at most a couple of hours in comparison to what she could do? Also, seems like Saki's, uh, general bitchiness runs in the family. Huh.

Instead of making use of her shiny attracting powers or decent prize money-winning ability, why is Melia earning what probably amounts to a pittance waitressing to support a tenured professor and two deities? Is that professor willing to give up the market value of a shiny pokemon for a chance to see his girls (and young boys with Kanon, it seems) in waitress outfits?
