    "Being alone is better than being with the wrong person” - L from Death Note

     

    Death Note is one of my favorite mangas of all time. It's plot focused on Light Yagami, a smart guy who finds a notebook which gives him liberty to kill anyone as long as he knew the real name and face of a person. It was quite interesting to see how he uses the Death Note for his own concept of justice and I also enjoyed how the genius investigators struggled to capture Light Yagami, although it took much and long before they did. This manga is a good read for those interested in intelligent cat and mice chasing mangas, and for those who prefer psychological warfare.
