@Newt Here's the thing, when I have done stupid shit or been lynched for stupid shit I either did it with intent to throw the opposing side off their game or simply reminded everyone right up until my death it would be a bad idea as well as telling them exactly WHY it's a bad idea, I harboured a grudge for the reason but never sabotaged either side in retaliation, this is where it is different with you, it's really not nice to mess up your side's chance just because town decided to lynch you, especially if you are mafia since your teammates are few and could really use any help they can get, not that I mind us depriving mafia of anything we can but when it comes at the hands of one of their own in anger at the town, nah that's just no good. EDIT: I realise what the cop role can do so it isn't very useful to mafia but by possessing it, if it became known one of them gained it they can give a real result on any player they choose to make it seem like they used it looking for a mafia member to gain our trust, a very strictly specific situation but still. That aside if you are town as you say, really this is a step too far of a grudge

If Newt intends to purposely take the Cop role to the grave instead of letting a town player get it in order to use it to try help town win then this is how I feel about that. As a townie, Newt would still win if town wins, it makes no sense to deprive us of it because he feels a little sour about being lynched however there is something that still bothers me on the other side of it. As a Mafia, they could still make use of the role, yet he would deprive them of the chance for it to without bidding incredibly high which is bad for them, either way, Newt is being incredibly selfish to whoever he is sided with by alignment even though he could aid in his own overall win possibility even if he dies.

Have you found the Teknite Ridges in Teknite Cave? Simply put you got cave openings you can take, left and right, one will lead you to an area that looks like a mini plains on top of the mountain, pretty sure the Ice Memory was in that specific area

New reborn city and under the opal city bridge are good spots with a good rod to fish for Carvahna, I have fished under the bridge and can say certainly you can find Carvahna there.

So I read through the events and discussion until now, I cannot say for certain if Newt is mafia or not though for some reason some part of me just doesn't like something about him I just can't place my finger on it quite strongly through my own views, that said here is a hypothetical course of actions a mafia marketplace owner might seek to take though incredibly difficult to ensure it goes their way: They maintain 'neutral' things to be auctioned, stuff that the town can use and the mafia would be mostly uninterested in, once enough days have passed wallets will be small and the bids made by mafia to outbid others would be easier that said they can also make bids that start incredibly high on the 'neutral' stuff in order to force the town to really open their wallets to get that stuff that isn't going to be as useful as what they want and when they plan to have it out on display. Just my initial thoughts on the matter. Also with Newt's assurances of certain items appearing i'll toss it into the old two handed grinder: On one hand: I agree this seems scummy of Newt, possibly ditching the items bad for town to have for the mafia and quietly putting other things in that the town may think are a blessing because they remember seeing mention of them promised and possibly don't re-confirm what was promised, if my above theory on how a mafia marketplace owner might act we could assume this falling in line with the play Newt is trying. On the other hand: I have to disagree and say that perhaps given how easily mafia can outbid us if they wanted to that Newt was waiting for one or two dead mafia members before he drops the items we the town want into the auction possibly putting as many good roles as he can in one go later when less mafia can get at them allowing for the town to have a better shot at finding mafia and forcing the scum players to pick exactly what they think they will need most and can let the town have. Overall though, without Newt explaining himself or his actions I just don't feel I can trust him as a marketplace owner or as a player and therefore after taking the time to write out this post have solidified my decision on this: [Eliminate] Newt @Newt Gonna have to provide a reason for why I or anyone else in the town should continue to trust you, a good one at that.

Well I dunno what you deem as trolling and what is strategy since that is very much an opinion based grey area, what I do know is that no matter which side i'm on, if i'm alive at the end my team wins, i'm not much of a team player but I do know it's easier to stay true to my own way of doing things, the things I understand, i'm not gonna put on a mask or face and act like someone i'm not, which is exactly why I am able to pull of being an independent player, not a team player. Now I don't know nor care if you think what I'm doing is trolling since you are not me, you do not know my mind nor do I know yours or care to, i'm not ruining anyone's fun, i'm not ruining anyone's game and i'm following my strategy. If ya don't like that it ain't my problem since unless I am mistaken, I actually do well in games like this because I usually don't shift from my view however this has gone off topic for far too long now. I really don't understand what anyone is aiming for lynching the same person you want to make the one in control of the auctions, it's illogical.

I think it's possible, that our out of game canon and the in game canon of events is different and that would be why they always say "We" did it rather than "you" since a single person defeating a legendary unassisted sounds doubtful especially with not many badges to their name
