There are actually two locations. One is in the Bysbyxion Tunnels, which I have a screen of (but it's dark, so it probably won't help too much) Another is underneath the Grand Stairway, there will be a section where you have to jump over a bunch of ridges. Keep to the far right, and in the middle of the section you can walk even farther right to a single rock which should have a focus sash.

My friend showed me a Pokemon Card of Rapidash and I was all like "OMG IS SO BOOTYFUL." Later, I watched a Pokemon Yellow Walkthrough by Marriland and got totally excited at the thought of having a bunch of totally awesome animal things fighting for me, and one Christmas my dad got me Pokemon Platinum! I was a total noob, and half of my team were legendaries, but it was fun anyways I lost some my original team when my sister deleted her file which had my Giratina and Dialga in it for some reason (I don't know why I split them up in the first place...), and I lost Empoleon, Rapidash, Metagross and Palkia when I lent Black Version to the same friend and never got it back (I had forgotten I'd even given it to her... too late now, I've moved since then :/)

Granted, but now at night the streets are filled with the howls of "YO DAWG" when you're trying to sleep. I wish I could get Slowbro in Pokemon Reborn (the game. That I have downloaded on my laptop) and had the exact same base stats and movepool as Slowbro in ORAS.

Wildfire is a good one (I think anyways), especially for Ponyta. It comes from some song, but I don't know the name of it. I always thought Dakota and Sonya were good horse names too, no real reason other than that.
