I beat her on my first try... then I made a much stronger version of her and beat her again after a few tries.

You cant trade with yourself and you need to have 6 badges for the trade. No sorry.

All her pokemon have perfect IV's (31 in every stat), most of them have 252 EV speed and 252 in att/sp att. You may think its hard when you look at that... but you are a human who is able to think, use other pokemon, use items (more than she can), change your strategy... There is no reason to not be able to beat her. Get this 3 things and you cant even lose, trick room (hint: bronzong), rain dance and flash fire.

Not really, in over 500h playtime I have only seen 3 of them.

It also might be bugged for you, if after 3 capsules nothing changes it is bugged. You can wait for the next episode, I think it will be working by then. Or you can upload your save file and someone will fix it for you.
