Yeah, I probably will. I just have to find an odd keystone, which might take a really, really long time. Anyway... Update #14: Crystal Chaos Well, Aster and Eclipse took a mulligan try, but Ren managed to beat them on my second try. On TEH URN, Ren led with our newest team member, Jubjub Bird the Murkrow, Victoria led with her Emboar, and Aster and Eclipse led with Solrock and Lunatone. The two celestial stones each set up a rock polish, and Jubjub Bird did some serious damage to Lunatone with an assurance while Emboar whiffed a sucker punch. Aster and Eclipse then healed their Lunatone while Solrock got off a heat wave, and Jubjub Bird and Emboar managed to take out Lunatone with an assurance/arm thrust combo! Aster and Eclipse sent out their Electabuzz next, and Ren quickly swapped out Jubjub Bird for Kaijin; sadly, both Kaijin and Emboar fainted to a rock slide and a shock wave, prompting Ren to send out Missing Link and Victoria to send out Scraggy. Missing Link tanked a low kick and did massive damage to Solrock while it set up another rock polish, and Missing Link dented Electabuzz with a poison jab. Luckily, rather than attack, Aster and Eclipse healed Solrock with a super potion while Electabuzz did some damage to Scraggy with a low kick; this allowed Missing Link to end Solrock with a water pulse while Scraggy ended Electabuzz with a high jump kick! With half of their team defeated, Aster and Eclipse decided to send out their Magmar and Rhyhorn next. Poor Missing Link got confused by a confuse ray and injured himself, and while Scraggy was able to do some damage with a high jump kick, it ended up getting burned by flame body and fainting to a combination of a take down from Rhyhorn and burn damage. Victoria's Hariyama came out next, and while Missing Link injured himself again before fainting to a bulldoze, it managed to end Magmar with a brick break! All that remained on the field was Aster and Eclipse's Rhyhorn and Milotic, so Ren sent out Nymph to end it. Hariyama took some damage from a water pulse, and Rhyhorn injured everybody with a bulldoze, but Nymph did massive damage to Rhyhorn with a needle arm before Hariyama took out Rhyhorn with a brick break! All that remained was Milotic, and all it did was set up an aqua ring and heal Nymph with a water pulse before Nymph ended it with two needle arms! With that over with, it's time to go see a psychiatrist for Shelly! The team so far:

FIVE NIGHTS AT CANDY'S 2 IS OUT WOOOOOOOO
-
Good point. I'll try to do that in the future. I know walls of text are bad writing. Also, I'm pretty worried about Shelly, mainly because other than Murkrow, I have no counter to her. Anyway... Update #13: I Never Asked For This Well, Corey was hard, but not quite as hard as Taka and ZEL. On TEH URN, Ren led with Missing Link, and he led with Quilfish. Quilfish did some damage with two signal beams, but Missing Link was able to tank them, shrug off poison for a turn with his pecha berry, set up a smokescreen, and do some damage with a round! He then dodged two venoshocks while getting healed by a berry ice cream and doing damage with a round. Corey realized he was in trouble and tried to heal his Quilfish and have it use venoshock, but third time wasn't the charm, it just missed, allowing Missing Link to end it with two more rounds! Up next came Corey's Nidoqueen, so Ren sent out Kaijin, who managed to survive a bulldoze and do some damage with a feint attack, but ultimately fell to a second bulldoze. Missing Link came back out, but while he did do some serious damage with a water pulse, he failed to KO it and fell to a poison jab. Ren sent out Werecat next, and he chip damage with a fake out before taking it out with an assurance! Corey sent out his beastly Scolipede next, but Ren just swapped out to a now fully-evolved Hecate, who managed to tank a bug bite and KO it with a single flamethrower! Moving on... Corey decided to send out his Swalot next, and Hecate stayed on the field. She set up a smokescreen while dodging a venoshock, then dodged one shadow ball, tanked another, tanked a venoshock, and survived an ice beam, all while spamming flamethrower. She then got healed by a berry ice cream, dodged an ice beam, and ended Swalot with one last flamethrower! Corey, running out of options, sent out his own Skuntank, so Ren swapped out to Oni, who also was fully evolved! He tanked two flamethrowers and a night slash, then took out the Skuntank with three vital throws, although he fell to aftermath damage in the process. All that remained was Corey's ace, Crobat. Ren sent out Werecat again, and she did some damage with a fake out and an assist-turned-slash, but still fell to an air slash and a venoshock. Ren sent out Werewolf next, and he tanked an air slash to set up a swagger, ten got off a bite while Crobat ijured itself; sadly, he fell to a venoshock the next turn. Luckily, Hecate was able to come out, tank two air slashes, and do massive damage with a flamethrower (which even burned it)! It didn't even manage to land a final attack, as it missed an air slash and let Hecate KO it with a flamethrower! And so, Ren earns... jack diddly squat, as Corey offs himself. Well. The team so far:

Update #12: Floral Kerfuffle 3: TAG TEAM BROTHERRRRRRRRR Well, the Taka and ZEL were pretty tough, but Re got past them eventually. On TEH URN, Ren led with Kaijin (a Pawniard and our newest team member) and Oni, and they led with Glaceon and Lileep. Oni tanked an ice fang and Kaijin tanked an ancientpower (although the ancientpower caused Lileep to get its stats boosted), and they worked together to take out Glaceon with a vital throw and a metal claw! Up next came ZEL's Jolteon, and it actually took out Kaijin with a charge beam while Lileep did some damage to Oni with an ancientpower and Oni dented Jolteon with a vital throw. Ren sent out Nymph next, and while Oni further dented Jolteon with a vital throw, Lileep used ingrain, and Jolteon used charge beam, she set up two layers of spikes. The next turn, Ren healed Oni with a chocolate ice cream, and while Lileep used mega drain and Jolteon got healed, Nymph did some serious damage to Jolteon with a needle arm. Jolteon did some damage to Oni with a charge beam, and Lileep dented Nymph with an ancientpower, but Oni was finally able to end Jolteon while Nymph set up another layer of spikes! Up next came ZEL's Espeon, and, well, it was kind of anticlimactic. Ren swapped Oni out for Werewolf, and while he managed to shrug off a psybeam and a mega drain, Nymph took out Espeon with a single payback! Up next came ZEL's final and most difficult Pokemon: their Umbreon. Werewolf set up a howl but got confused by Umbreon, and Nymph tanked an ancientpower to do massive damage with a leech seed. Sadly, Werewolf hurt himself the next turn and got hit by an ancientpower, and Nymph finally fell to a feint attack from Umbreon before she could attack. Hecate came out next, and although she got confused by Umbreon, she still managed to badly poison Lileep, and Werewolf tanked a mega drain to injure Umbreon with a bite. Hecate then managed to land a slash on Umbreon, and Werewolf got healed with a chocolate ice cream, allowing him to survive a mega drain and a feint attack. After that, Hecate injured herself while Werewolf did some damage to Lileep with a bite and tanked a mega drain and a quick attack. Fortunately, Umbreon fainted from leech seed damage the next turn, leaving the fight a two-on-one battle against Taka! Werewolf then did some serious damage to Lileep with a bite, and Hecate missed a screech while Werewolf tanked a mega drain; Taka then healed Lileep with his super potion, and Ren healed Werewolf with his last chocolate ice cream while Werewolf finally took out the Lileep with two bites! Taka sent out his Gligar next, and Werewolf and Hecate both missed their attacks while Gligar fired off a bulldoze. Poor Hecate then fell to an acrobatics, but Werewolf managed to land a swagger on Gligar. Missing Link came out next, and he promptly OHKO'd Gligar with a water pulse. The PULSE Tangrowth came out after this, and while Missing Link dented it with a round, Werewolf confused it with a swagger, causing it to injure itself. The two then managed to end the Tangrowth with a bite and two more rounds. Taka's Chatot came out next, and while it was able to do some damage to both of Ren's Pokemon with a hyper voice, Missing Link and Werewolf were still able to KO it with a water pulse and a bite! All that remained was Taka's Klefki, but it fell to two water pulses and a bite after only getting off a single light screen! With that over with, the overseer of the PULSE-Tangrowth project is unmasked... and it's Corey, the Beryl Ward Gym Leader! Time to take him down! The team so far:

TEH URN is a memetic term that refers to the perfect run, where everything goes well. It came from the speedrunning community from a memetic misspelling of "the run", but I picked it up from the TPP fandom, in which they used the term during their attempts to take on the Hoenn Elite 4. Also, thank for the good wishes!

Pokemon Sun and Moon being a thing? Honestly, I was expecting that. What I wasn't expecting, though, was the news that it's compatible with Gen 1. This should be interesting.

You mean, how in Gen 1 you could have a Pokemon with 252 EVs in ALL stats? I think they are going to fix that. I fully expect these Eshop releases to have the most glaring balance issues of the originals fixed. That and a Buried Alive/Missingno easter egg.

If only I could trade MissingNo. and 44HY to Gen 6.
They'd probably become Gen 2 pokes though :/

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-335817002 I think I've found a new favorite Metagame. And to think they said Lapras wasn't viable...

Amalgam Squad 1- A Mix-and-Mega RMT
Lord Chespin replied to Lord Chespin's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Okay. The Lapras was kind of the main reason I started this set, though. I don't think it has a fighting weakness, though, because it loses its secondary typing and becomes a pure water-type thanks to Aggronite. Is there any way I could improve it? 1) Good point. I'll try that. 2) Seems like a better idea, I'll try that. 3) I mainly used Scizorite because it gives Gear Grind a massive boost, turning it into a 150-BP move with no drawbacks. I'll have to see how it fares, though. 4) Thanks!- 4 replies

So, I've decided to dabble in Mix-and-Mega, with the hopes of making a team that takes some not-so-viable Pokemon and making them more viable. This is my first time making a team of them, so here's hoping it holds up. So, without further ado... THE AMALGAMATES And here they are in more detail: So, what do you guys think? Let me know what I can do to improve the squad!

Hey! Remember that Dark-type monotype run that I needed help with a couple of days ago? Well, I got my mystery egg in it, and it wasn't a dark-type. I was wondering if anybody could hack me in a Pawniard to compensate. Thank you in advance! Game.rxdata- 1020 replies

Thanks for the good wishes! I'll probably be fighting mist Corey, as I could always have my Pokemon use facade, and the toxic mist will boost Hecate's flamethrower once she evolves. Anyway... Update #11: Floral Kerfuffle 2: The Noisy Boogaloo Well, Taka took a couple tries, but he wasn't nearly as bad as Florina. On TEH URN, Ren led with Oni, and Taka led with Lileep. Oni got confused and injured himself, but after Lilleep set up an ingrain, Oni was able to snap out of confusion, tank an ancienntpower, and KO the Lileep with two mighty vital throws! Up next came Taka's Gliigar, and Ren swapped out to Missing Link, who shrugged off a quick attack and took it out with two water pulses, making Taka use up a super potion! Up next came the mission's keystone: the PULSE Tangrowth. Ren swapped out to Hecate, and she set up a screech while the Tangrowth set up a growth. She then tried to do some damage with a slash, but only did chip damage, and Tangrowth took her out with a sludge bomb. Ren sent out Werewolf next, and he confused it with a swagger, causing it to injure itself. Werewolf then knocked it down to the red with a bite and confusion damage, and when Taka tried using his last super potion, he took it out with two bites and confusion damage! Taka decided to stop messing around and sent out his ace: Chatot. Ren swapped out to Werecat, but she only got off a single fake out before fainting to two chatters and confusion damage. Missing Link came back out to avenge her, and he barely survived a hyper voice to do massive damage with a water pulse. Ren then quickly swapped him out for Werewolf, who tanked a chatter meant for him and healed him with a chocolate ice cream before getting put to sleep with a sing and fainting to a chatter and a hyper voice. Missing Link came back out, and managed to survive a hyper voice and end the Chatot with a water pulse! All that remained was Taka's Klefki, whom I sent Nymph out to counter. She got hit with a thunder wave, but she was able to set up a leech seed. She then tanked two foul plays and did massive damage to Klefki with two needle arms, but then fainted to a third foul play. Luckily, Missing Link was able to come back out and KO Klefki with a water pulse, ending the fight! With what's left of the Jasper Ward saved, it's time to free the Beryl Ward! The team so far:

Update #10: The Battle of Onyx Trainer School Holy Hell, I did it. I beat Hardcore Florina. It took days of hard work, overleveling, determination, and cheese, but Ren won. On TEH URN, Ren led with Oni, and she led with her Cacturne. Oi tanked a feint attack and did massive damage with a vital throw, then ended the Cacturne with a second vital throw while Florina healed it. Florina sent out her Tropius next, and Ren sent out Hecate. Hecate poisoned it with a toxic while it set up a dragon dance, but missed a screech when it flew over her.Hecate managed to tank a fly and successfully landed a screech the next turn, then got healed by a chocolate ice cream while Tropius set up a fly. The fly fainted to knock her out, and she then retaliated with a critical-hit slash, which took out the Tropius! Up next came Florina's Grotle, and Hecate stayed on the field. She set up a toxic and survived a seed bomb with just one HP, allowing her to set up a screech before fainting to a sand tomb. Werewolf came out next, and he set up three sand-attacks, causing Grotle to miss two seed bombs and a sand tomb before Florina healed it. Despite getting healed, Werewolf was able to knock it down to the red again with a bite and toxic damage. Florina then decided to cut her losses and swapped out to the bane of my existence: her Breloom. Seriously, that thing could take out every single Pokemon I had with ease, and I had no real check to counter it! Anyway, Ren swapped Werewolf out to Nymph the Cacnea, who just fell to a drain punch and a seed bomb before she could even attack. Luckily, this allowed Werecat to come in safely, and he fired off a fake out and set up a sand-attack before fainting to a drain punch. Werewolf then came back out, and he tanked a seed bomb and dodged a drain punch to set up two more sand-attacks. He then pivoted out to Missing Link, who survived a seed bomb and began spamming round. However, to my horror, when Breloom was just one round away from fainting, Florina swapped it out for Grotle! Missing Link managed to KO it with a round on the switch, but he became overleveled. However, just when I had given up hope, a miracle happened: not only did he land a round, but it was a critical hit, taking down Breloom! With Breloom down, Florina sent out her Gourgeist, and Ren swapped out to Werewolf. Werewolf set up three sand-attacks and took out the Gourgeist with a few bites, with the Gourgeist only landing a single shadow sneak. Florina's ace, Cradily, was a pushover compared to her Breloom: Werewolf just set up three sand-attacks, and it only got off a single sandstorm while Werewolf chipped away at it with bites, eventually taking it out! And so, with Florina finally defeated, it's time for Ren to investigate the Jasper and Beryl Wards! The team so far:

Update #32: Stupid Recording Software Uh... full disclosure here. I completely forgot to turn on my recording software when I did the final fight against Ren, so I haven't the slightest idea what I did. I started the battle, didn't do too well against his Houndoom, and then realized that my recording software was off. I figured, "oh, no biggie, I'll just turn it back on when I lose"... and then Tom Thumb and Aurora carried the team to victory. Seriously, Tom Thumb grew by three levels during the fight. I'm sorry I forgot to record the fight; I promise I'll be more on the ball next time! The team so far:

Update #31: I'm BACK, B****es! Hey, sorry for the long delay! I was busy doing other projects, but I'm having trouble with them, so I'm back to this now. Anyway, Rirrom B. wasn't too bad at all. I led with Savage, and he led with Yanmega, Yanmega fired off an ancientpower and an uproar while Savage fired off two take downs; however, the onslaught left Savage pretty tired, so I swapped her out for RR Hood, who tanked an uproar and took out Yanmega with a flamethrower! Rirrom B.'s Wormadam came out next, but the poor thing fell to a single flamethrower from RR Hood. Rirrom B. then sent out his ace: Accelgor. I swapped out to Tom Thumb, who did some damage with a fake out, then tanked a me first-turned-covet and KO'd Accelgor with a covet! All that remained was the Shadow Vivillon, so I swapped out to Lumberjack, who tanked a shadow rush and did enough damage to it with a jump kick for me to capture it with a single great ball! With that over with, it's time to go find Crawli! The team so far:

Thanks for everybody who wished me luck! I'm pretty worried about Flobot as well, but I think I'll do fine. Anyway... Update #9: Weed Whackin' Well, Fern took a try to get past his Grovyle, but I beat him eventually. On TEH URN, Ren led with Hecate, and he led with Ludicolo. Ludicolo did some damage with a fake out, but Hecate was at least able to poison it with a toxic and set up a smokescreen before fainting to two water pulses. Werecat came out next, and managed to tank a water pulse and do some damage with a fake out and a pursuit, causing Ludicolo to faint from toxic damage! Up next came Victoria's Grovyle, and it did some damage to Werewolf (who Ren swapped Werecat out for) with a fury cutter before getting confused by a swagger. It then injured itself and got hit by a bite, and although Fern healed it with a super potion, it still missed a fury cutter and fainted to two more bites. Fern sent his Servine out next, and while it damaged Werewolf with a mega drain, Werewolf was able to confuse it with a swagger, and damage take it out with two bites after it injured itself twice. Fern sent out his Ferroseed next, and Ren swapped out to Oni. Oni set up a work up while Ferroseed did some damage with a seed bomb and a gyro ball, then ended it with two mighty karate chops! All that remained was Fern's Roselia, but boy, it was a doozy. Ren sent out Werecat, and while he did do some damage with a fake out, he got poisoned and got taken out by a mega drain and poison damage after getting off a pursuit. Missing Link came out after this, and while he was able to tank a poison jab and a mega drain and almost KO it with two rounds, Fern used his second super potion on it, and it then took Missing Link out with a mega drain after he got off one last round. Ren sent out Werewolf, and while he disobeyed Ren at first (allowing Roselia to get off a mega drain), he was able to get off a bite, taking out Roselia! With Fern defeated, it's time to challenge the Flobot! The team so far:

A Marginally Better-Written Guide for Pokemon Reborn Hardcore
Lord Chespin replied to Lord Chespin's question in On the Hunt
Chapter III: Floral Kerfuffle 2: The Toxic Boogaloo So, as you might remember from the previous post, Florina wanted us to check the Jasper and Beryl Wards in an effort to stop the plan problem. Like the good friend we are, we take her up on her request (after all, it's not like making promises with someone you barely know has led to a homicidal little kid wiping out your entire species, right?). Anyway, the first thing you might notice about the Jasper Ward is that it's been wrecked to smithereens (and for your reference, there are 10 smithers in a cubic centimeter, and 10 smithereens in a smither). You might want to pick up a Sewaddle and keep it unevolved until level 31; at this level (and only as a Sewaddle), it learns sticky web. This move makes so many battles so much easier, and this is the earliest you can get it. Anyway, head into the police station. The Police Chief there says that several officers have gone missing, and asks you to find them. Now, you may be thinking, "Chespin, you said you were only going to cover the bosses! Why are you covering this?!" Well, for two reasons: One, this sidequest gives you a mystery egg Pokemon. You will need it. Secondly, finishing this sidequest before beating Taka and ZEL opens up a new story path with a new boss. So, I figured I'd cover that, since I've only fought the version you fight if you complete the sidequest. The police officers' locations can be found in the regular Reborn guide, so I'd recommend looking there. Moving on, enter the forest and fight your way through the grunts. One of the grunts has a Gallade, so watch out for that. Eventually, you'll find the leader of the grunts: Taka, who is actually surprisingly affable. Doesn't mean he'll give you any less of a tough time, though. RELUCTANT METEOR TAKA Lileep should be his easiest Pokemon; it's fairly passive, and although it can heal off quite a bit of damage if it set up an ingrain, now might be a good time for a setup sweeper (or, y'know, something that passes for one) to set up, or for a Trubbish to set toxic spikes, etc. Just be careful it doesn't get stat boosts from an ancientpower. Taka's Gligar is pretty bulky, and has knock off, but a good water-type (or Vanillite, if you picked it up) can take it out fairly well, as long as you use special moves, as it has a fairly high physical defense. The PULSE Tangrowth is similar to the one you fought before, except now it has a field backing it up, and I think it knows sludge bomb and giga drain as well. You're going to want to light the field on fire with your Numel/Pansear/Slugma, as turning the field against it weakens it immensely. Also, it it sets up growth, try to confuse it; this will turn its massive attack stat against it. Chatot is a pain in the arse, as it can do massive damage with hyper voice, confuse you with a chatter, or even set up a nasty plot to do even more damage. However, it has no answer for a steel-type, so if you didn't light the field on fire, try using it. If you did burn the field, just use a good, bulky Pokemon or rock-type, another type it can't touch. Klefki is a pain, as it can set up dual screens (which is really bad if Tangrowth is still alive), set up a swagger, and capitalize on your boosted attack with a foul play. However, it doesn't like the burning field, and a good fire-type move can do massive damage to it, even if the field isn't on fire. Anyway, the Beryl Ward is more of the same: broken buildings, plants, et cetera. The good news is that there aren't many trainers here, but the bad news is that there aren't many trainers here, so grinding's harder. One thing of note is that some Nuzleaf lock you in a cage, and Fern, being the dick that he is, refuses to let you out unless you beg and admit he's tougher than you. Obviously, unless you're a scrub, say no. Sure, he'll leave you to die, which is murder by inaction, but Taka will send his Chatot to save you. Another reason why I like Taka so much. Eventually, you'll find Taka and ZEL in front of the final PULSE Tangrowth, with a mysterious figure leading them. A super mysterious figure... who could it ever be... Anyway, Heather (a girl you met after deactivating the second PULSE Tangrowth) comes in and battles the supervisor, so you only have to take on Taka and ZEL. TAG TEAM BROTHERRRRRRRR If you haven't noticed, ZEL now has a fourth Eeveelution: Jolteon. However, ZEL only has three personalities. My personal headcanon is that ZEL has a fourth, silent personality called Derpi. Regardless, it's probably a good idea to focus on taking out ZEL first, as Taka's Cradily is fairly passive. Taka is more or less unchanged from his last fight, except for the lack of field, so try to use the same strategies you used last time; I'l spend most of this section talking about ZEL. Glaceon is bulky and can lower your speed with an icy wind, so try to take it out fast with a strong specially-oriented fire-type (or you could just use Klink again). Jolteon can't do much to a ground-type like Numel or Onix, but it can set up with charge beam, so again, try to end it fast. Espeon is quite frail physically, so a good physically-oriented bug-type (like Kricketune or Sewaddle) can do massive damage to it. Finally, Umbreon's a real pain, as it has a Lum berry to shrug off statuses, moonlight to heal itself, and double team to make it impossible to hit. Just take it down quickly with the bug-type you used for Espeon. Basically, make the fight go fast, and you'll be fine. After the fight, if you found all the police officers, the mysterious supervisor turns out to be Corey, the guy we came up here to face. Shock-horror. Now, the path diverges here: if you outed him, he floods his gym with toxic gas, meaning you fight him in the corrosive mist field. Otherwise, you fight him in the normal corrosive field. Here's the corrosive field: WORST DAD EVER COREY Corrosive Field: Okay, I've got a better understanding of this team thanks to Commander, the maker of Pokemon Reborn Hardcore. Props to him! Anyway, Garbodor is a very, very dangerous Pokemon: It can set up stockpile and toxic spikes (which are permanent on this field), can heal with giga drain, and can do crazy damage with venoshock. Take it down as fast as you can; otherwise, you're in for a bad time. Corey's Haunter is tough, too, as it has venoshock and shadow ball. Try to send out a bulky Pokemon to tank its hits, but make sure it's not too important to your strategy, as it has destiny bond. Corey's Beedrill doesn't look too bad, and for the most part, it isn't; it can do the wombo combo of endeavor + focus sash, so be careful. Vileplume is a monster, as it has an 100% accurate sleep powder, giga drain, and Venoshock. If you have a nice, strong fire-type (like Growlithe), now's the time to use it; like Garbodor, it can be a pain if it lives for too long, so take it down fast. Corey's Skuntank isn't as bad as it is under the mist, but it still has a nasty poison jab and night slash, so don't let your guard down. Corey's ace, Crobat, is slightly harder than under the mist, as it can still hit poison- and steel-types. Try paralyzing it, and keep a good rock-type on the field, as it has trouble with those. Corrosive Mist Field: Now, the corrosive mist field will poison any Pokemon who stay in it for longer than a turn. However, it can be blown up by your fire-types, taking out everyone currently on the field; it also can't poison your own poison- or steel-types (Klink, baby, I love you), so try using those. All of his Pokemon can do massive damage with a field-boosted Venoshock, even if you blow up the field, so be careful. Quilfish has signal beam for grass-types and psychic-types, so try using electric-types (or Klink, again); it also has a berry that boosts its special attack when its HP gets low, so try to take it out in one fell swoop. Swalot has a black sludge for recovery, acid armor to boost its defense, shadow ball for psychic-types, and ice beam for ground-types; however, it can't do much to Numel or a steel-type. Nidoqueen can do massive damage with a bulldoze, an ice punch, or a Venoshock, so try to take it out fast with a water- or psychic-type attack. Skuntank laughs at psychic-type attacks, and has flamethrower to hit steel-types, but it can't do much against a good ground-type. Scolipede is a beast, as it has speed boost to raise its already-high speed, bug bite for psychic-types, rock tomb for fire- and flying-types, and poison tail as a poison STAB. This thing can sweep teams if left unchecked, so be careful. A good ground-type can, again, do a number on it, though. Finally, Crobat has nasty plot to boost its special attack, and it knows two very potent attacks in air slash and venoshock. However, if the field's still a corrosive mist field, it can't even touch a steel-type, and does very little damage to poison-types. After the fight, regardless of what you do, Corey asks you to come to Beryl Bridge. He releases his entire team (which, strangely, looks nothing like the team you just fought), and asks you to look after Heather. He then jumps off the bridge to his death. ...I'd make a joke about not giving me my badge, but I think now's a bad time. Also, Fern comes out of nowhere and openly mocks Corey for committing suicide. Ame, can we have an option to toss him off the bridge? Please? Like whatcha see, boys? Comment about it in the discussion thread!- 6 replies

Request-A-Mon Thread! (Pokemon Reborn Savefiles Only)
Lord Chespin replied to Simon's topic in Team Showcase
Hey! I'm doing a dark-type monotype run, and my egg that you get after exposing the fake daycare couple was a Spheal. If somebody could hack my game so that I have a Cacnea, I would greatly appreciate it! Game.rxdata- 1020 replies
