  1. I believe I made this mistake myself. The water rises once you leave this room making it impossible to return to that door at the end of the room. Adding a picture to make it easier for staff! Also, where are the back-up files stored?
  2. There are some pretty interesting strategies and combinations going around. Linking moves + IQ skills certainly matter too. I love realising how baised to Vulpix a lot of people are xD - but it'd have been my 3rd or 4th choice too.
  3. Skill Swap <3 I love swapping abilities with opponents, especially speed boosts and intimidates.
  4. Is there something about Vulpix that I don't know about? o.o I might get one as Poke' #3 though. It is adorable xD
  5. If you ever go against him again. Sleep seeds. Stun seeds. Boosting moves. Thunder wave. Double Team. Dig. ^^
  6. It's pretty self explanatory. Out of interest I searched the internet for some results on what everyone enjoys using. Whether it be for OP status, generally fun to use, or because they like the Pokémon. It's based on MD:Sky, not MD:Time/Darkness, because there are more options and MD:Sky essentially a 'successor/additional stuff' version of the other two. I searched to see if this exists on Reborn, but I couldn't find anything (or on the internet as an actual poll, either) ------------------------My favourites---------------------------- Hero: Eevee: I admit it's just because I'm an Eevee fan (what gives that away...?) but she is pretty fun to use in the game as a hero anyways. If Adaptability Tackle/Quick attack is resisted then you go all dig/shadow ball on them Partner: Pikachu. It's a tough one, but I like Pikachu in the mystery dungeon games. Shock wave is satisfying to watch, and the obvious choice of OP Discharge wrecks a lot of late-game troubles. (Hey... Nidoqueen's spam Earth power so why can't I spam discharge ;D) Special mentions: Cyndaquil: My first game on Red was with Cyndaquil and I really enjoyed watching my baby grow up with his partnered Pikachu by his side. Also, Typhlosion looks like it has some anger problem in this game! Mudkip: Just another game I remember playing. It was a fun game. I forgot who the partner was, though... maybe Chikorita? (Sorry for the terrible formatting of this post. If anyone has advice on nice looking posts then fire away!!! My posts always look ugly for some reason.. :c)
  7. I would think we may get Fly to use as a move, but then never get the access to actually fly around the map until the end of the game! It's a pretty useful move without the field ability. (looking at you: cut...)
  8. Meowstic: I got the female version, so no prankster after the update, but she still proved really useful. Thunder wave was also nice to allow my Pachirisu a good set-up to just electro ball things. Pachirisu: Seriously, Electro ball and Nuzzle is a superb combination. And super fang for those ground, electric and grass types. Charm is also really useful for giving my other pokémon chances at survival. Though, Pachi is not bad in terms of defence either! Skuntank: I'll mention this as I only had her because she was my first shiny (not hunted for) and turned out to KO a lot of things, and resist corey's team enough for a win, that she became a staple member in my team right until the recent post-radomus areas. And I needed Carracosta for surf.
  9. Personally, I find it fun to win with Pokemon that are not super powerful. I've used Pachirisu in both of my runs and it really can shine if you let it. (Nuzzle + Electro Ball + Charm + some other move.) - Walled to death by ground.
  10. Pokemon X and Y were a bit more adult than the previous ones. Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are very disturbing when you read into them. Sea Mauville~ Maybe it'll happen one day, when they run out of ideas then we can wish?
  11. My Meowstic has been tanking specially defensive hits like a beast. Well, she survives long enough to dish damage in return. Charge beam is a great way to boost her Sp.Atk. I have often relied on her to finish some battles that were getting me wiped otherwise. Shiny runs can be painful. Sometimes, I don't want to reset over and over again for little gain. So glad that she came when she did. (Also, made me like Meowstic far more in a whole)
  12. We're from an age where video-games have been around during our up-bringing. It's more rare to see a current 50 year old playing Pokemon, because they were not exposed to it as a child. I think there may be a few more senior adults playing games like Pokemon, or just a game on the latest version of the xbox. When we hit a similar age~ It's only like how the 12 year olds of today 'usually' have little respect for things like dreamcasts, N64's and so on? (Though, this may just be from my experience, so far) In a nutshell, I support the Dreamcast revival in the future! xD
  13. 9.5/10 - pretty adorable animation.
  14. 8.3/10 really cute, lovely scenery too!
