    Instructor: "Try to act as if you were walking. Don't think too much". Brain: "Check all the things!!!". Are the first driving lessons confusing for others as well, or am I just an idiot?

      If it makes you feel better, I almost gave my driving instructor a heart attack (he literally went to the winery to get alcohol for later). Still haven't gotten in a wreck though.

      Yes, the usual Yaris, and it has so soft pedals, I can't feel them most of the time. He's like "ok, now release the clutch just a touch more, so it can get started", I do "that was about 3-4 mm, you only need 1", and I'm like "seriously now, I might just get a bike". Uphill is a bit scary because it feels as if I were going to lose all control and fall back.
