    Okay, kinda left it 'open-ended' since I didn't whether Tses wants Sissy to fall in too or not. Either: 1) @Tses: If Sissy'll fall in to, you can just bunny and say they both did. 2) @Chim: Either I can just post after Tses's answer about falling in/not, or you could just say he fell in and have the Gible's reachions, since it couldn't really be 'avoided.'

    Finally getting to the desert area, Robert had only kept Jet and Kiai out, being that he knew Voltage would probably instigate a battle similar to what had happened between Ryan and the Heracross, and Nikki would likely dry out if she were out in the desert. Jet was flying above, waiting for any instigation of a battle. The area was a radical difference from his average cavern-home, sunny and heated, but he saw it as a pre-challenge in deserving a battle. Unluckily for Robert, he was looking up at Jet, seeing if he found something that was challenging him, unbeknownst to him that he was approaching the Gible-trap.

    First anime, then Started out with Pokemon Crystal, ah nastalgia. Extreme interest there. Didn't really stop until I got 13 out of 16. I never got to Brock, Blaine and Blue then because... how was I supposed to know the Pokeflute was a Radio Channel when I was under 10!... Rant aside, that 'keep on playing' mentality combined with the Emerald hype and I've been hooked ever since.

    Watching the rest of the battle a bit behind Sissy, Robert saw it as being a very close one, even though the Heracross had started it off without Alvin's knowlegde. Having watched the whole thing, his team was happy for the 'close' ending, while Jet was pondering why something like this happened with those two. Jet would've been more than up for a challenge, so he questioned why Robert wasn't starting a challenge on his own. He let out a couple of cries to get Robert's attention, signaling at the finished battle. "Hmm? Oh, did you enjoy the battle?" 'Did I enjoy the battle? All we did was watch! How could he be satisfied with that?' Jet had no intention of watching the battles just pass by him, doing his best to 'point' at the Bagon that just won. "Oh, I think I get it. You want to be in a battle yourself, am I right?" Jet nodded, happy that he was understood. "Well, I guess we did have to skip over our 'morning training' due to the limited personal space. Okay, I'll try and get you a battle, but be patient for it. I don't really think you'd want just ANY battle." 'Ah, now he gets it. A good, soon challenge.' With that, Jet grinned and landed back on his shoulder, with Robert and the others happily turning their attention toward's Ryan and Victoria.

    If your talking about ORAS, there are ways to create things like QR codes for secret bases, such a way being able to 'make your own gym.' Additionally, just because Pokemon can be ran through easily doesn't mean the answer is just 'putting more in,' especially since all legendaries and starters can be obtained already. As for the 'PWT' idea... *sigh* Just wait until the have a 'patch' for the Battle Frontier. We don't need to be extra saddened by overhyping it.

    It's all good Chim. Take whatever time you need, and good luck. This just means that I can shift my focus out of this without looking for an update, constantly looking at my phone... Yeah, basically thanks for the 'warning.'

    @Tses: Ah, so that's it. No problem, but Robert is fine with whatever, so whatever Sissy chooses Robert will follow. Also, Chim said the limit was 10.

    Robert was a bit suprised by Sissy later statement, not sure why it hadn't come out sooner 'Wait, so she wanted some bug advice too? Did she just skip over it before, or did she not actually want a distraction? Maybe she came over with that in mind too.' Shaking his focus away from unnecessary questioning, he turned back towards the battle. "Well, I was interested in the battle anyway. We can watch from over here, or we can get closer so that you can get the question out to Alvin as soon as they're done battling. It's all up to you, really."

    Listening to Sissy's reply, Robert felt that the plan went decent enough. His whole team, on the other hand, was focused on the battle taking place between Ryan and Alvin. After Sissy mentioned the battle as a way to avoid Alvin, he turned directly towards Sissy. "Oh, using the battle as a distraction? Was there something else you had in mind, or do you just want me to come back over with you to Sofia? Not like I have anything else planned either way. I mean, unless you want to just pawn Alvin off on Ryan even when the battle ends, I'd even be fine handling 'Alvin Duty'... That's if you don't actually need me, of course." Robert had his hand behind is head, unsure on what exactly was going on. Did she already have something planned? All he knew was that he was up for anything.

    Watching as Alvin realized his mistake, Robert let out a laugh as Alvin ran towards the battle, which Robert now realized was against Ryan and a new Bagon. While Robert was very interested in watch the battle, he decided to wait near Sissy, atleast until he knew why she came over. "So, I'm assuming you coming over means that Sofia's fine for now? Or was there anything you even had to handle." After done with his questions, he shifted to a likely question, especially with what was expected of Alvin before the 'plan' even started. "And if your wondering about my side of the plan, Alvin's not that bad, either that or I just struck a good note with him. The only thing had thing I could say about him is that he seems overproud. In hiensight, I may have stroked his ego when I showed actual interest in his Heracross, but he's not as bad as I expected."

    Hmm, I already have figured out a decent bug-type for Robert. One question, did anyone else mention getting an Anorith/Armaldo? Seems decent, though I probably wouldn't get one for a while. Also, does Alvin just think that the reason others dislike him is a dislike of bugs? (And not his pride)

    Hearing Alvin's recommendations, it seemed to Robert that Alvin's love of bug wasn't as much of an 'obsession' as much of it being a preference, being that he actually worked around any weakness instead of just grabbing whatever looked good. "Hmm, that does sound true. Either way, Kiai being a fighting type would give Rock coverage even if a bug I get were weak to Rock." Jet, being bored by what seemed like rambling to him, still searched around the area to find something more interesting, which he found in the battle between a Heracross and a Bagon. While Jet was watching it intently, Robert heard Sissy coming up to them. Was she just interested how the 'distraction plan' turned into this, or was she done with whatever she could do for Sofia? "Nothing really private. Alvin was just giving me some team reccomendations. Pretty good ones in fact." During that statement, Robert caught a glimpse of the same battle as Jet, turning back to Alvin to see the Heracross wasn't there. "Uh, Alvin, I think that your Heracross left during the conversation and is in a battle." He pointed to where the battle was, assuming that it happened without Alvin's knowledge.

    @Chim: Okay, that sounds good for 'training' plan, a fire type moreso fitting for a challenge for Kiai. And I guess that makes sense for Alvin, not really being the 'friendly' one if the other was negative. @Darklight: Was it you who came up with the why_not instead of why not, or you just used it as example. Either way, it make things 'easier' to just write the words.

    Help choosing a bug type? It's not like he was opposed to such, but... "While I do appreciate the offer, I'm not really one to choose my teammates before hand. I moreso find the pokemon itself that sticks out to me, not the species. Any type matchups I work on second. The main reason I stick to that is so I don't look over something if I'd just be focused on a specific pokemon." While Robert was doing his best to explain his 'ideals,' he realized that a little reccomendation wouldn't really be that bad. Not as if he HAD to follow it. "Although, I guess there's nothing really wrong with a little reccomendation. Who knows, it may work out as if a 'certain one' I find is that kind of Pokemon. Who knows." Giving into the frame of 'eh, why_not,' he stepped back a bit and released his party in front of him. Voltage was a bit negative when he noticed all of them were let out, making it obvious that this wasn't a battle. They didn't even have any training this morning due to being at the campsite. Jetstream flew up to Robert's shoulder when he realized such and looked around at the Salamence's home. Kiai and Nikki just turned to him, as it's not like they expected much when Robert had used the last Pokeball on Jet yesterday. "Well, my team's a Riolu, Elekid, Goomy and Noibat. I think that's all you need for a the 'team reccomendation'" They all looked to him, finally understanding that this was just a friendly introduction. At the very least, there was interest set in by someone new, so that's a plus. They all turned back to Alvin, wondering what the boy planned to say.

    @Chim: I never expected Alvin to be this 'bearable.' It his very worst he seems like one to truely care for his pokemon. Hmm, maybe I should ponder the 'training' myself. I did skip leveling Kiai from 19 to 20 and evolving at the Goomy's battle, and I'm not sure how 'able' it would work evolving it on the last day of the trip during the battles. Would you be able to set up a 'battle', either when/if your plan for 'using' Alvin with Ryan's training separates Alvin from Robert, or just the next area. I'd even be good with a simple 'okay' and just come up with the battle in the next area the group goes to. Whatever you feel's better.
