    As soon as he saw the first Gible down, he put his sights on the remaining target, having seen that it took down Sherlock aswell. He nodded to Sissy, more than willing to finish it off. "Thanks for the offer, but unless Jet faints, I believe we'll be able to finish it from here. Jet let loose a Gust towards the Gible, and try to get closer to the Gible right after." Jet immediately began the Gust, and began curving around the side of the gust to get towards the Gible without being noticed so quickly.

    513 @Darklight: At the beginning of Ch.2, it was October 6, so adding the days of events gives us the 'ending battles' of the Chapter on October 10. With the next chapter being the Winter Cup, I'm assuming it's in December(Not sure on what date it'll be going to). So, roughly 2 months. (Unless your talking about a different RP. Ignore me if so...)

    'Okay, with that taken care of, we need to lower the amount of targets against us. The one over there still seems confused, plus it's been taking a lot of the hits. It would be smart to take it out and make it easier.' With that in mind, Robert was sure that this would work best. "Jet, try to finish off the confused Gible with a Wing Attack!" Jet nodded quickly and flew straight towards the confused Gible, wings glowing yet again and racing towards the target.

    Previously in the future... even though it sounds like the ultimate contradiction, that's seems to be the case.

    Watching as the Sandstorm died down, Robert responded quickly to the plan. "Jet, use your Gust Attack to spread out the Water Gun's range." As soon as he heard it, Jet flew in the direction of the incoming Water Gun, a short distance away from the Gible, and started up a Gust to make it even harder for the Gible to escape the Water Gun.

    I already noted it, he's leaving it as the Dragonite's misunderstanding. (Couple pages back in this thread, not sure which one exactly.)

    'Okay, so we either need to stall or find a way to end the sandstorm.' Snapping his full attention back to Jet immediately, he knowing that he had to lower the sandstorm quick, and he might just have a way to do so. "Jet, we're going on the defensive. Use Supersonic." Jet did so on the close Gible, with Robert's hope that it would help catch the Gible of guard long enough to deal with the sandstorm.

    Yeah, basically like 'spread damage' in the games where the more pokemon the move hits, the weaker it hits for(except the 'spread damage' takes in before it would be hitting). Plus, at the very least, Robert's low on moves that have them 'assist' instead of them 'combining' personal moves.As well as that, Cotton (Sissy's Swablu) is extremely low-level, Nikki(Goomy) would be at 'environmental disadvantage' and Robert would try to avoid such things as drying up(unlucky since it would be great otherwise), both of the electric types would be at more disadvantages than what's happening now... The best possibilities are the most reasonable 'back ups,' Miss and Kiai, which Kiai might be able to work with Counter and Copycat, but that's only if Jet faints.

    "Quick Jet, intercept that Slash with a Wing Attack." Suprised by the added speed of the other Gible, Jet was barely able to get the attack off, causing each side to exchange blows, with Jet being in a very rough position. As soon as the order came out, Robert responded to Sissy's earlier comment. "Yeah, I guess we do need a better plan. If you've got one, I'm all ears." His mind went straight onto how to do so. 'Oh, great. Even if she does have a plan, the Gibles have us separated and are picking us off how they see fit. Okay, the second the Gible 'holds back,' all focus goes straight on joining together.'

    Hmm... My ideas for 'combo moves,' as I'm sure that 'separate but teamed' isn't going to work as a strategy through it, are:-Combining Gust with Water Gun, making the Water Gun more 'spread out' to make it more likely to hit -Sherlock Confusion holding Gible in place, even temporarily, so that Jet's Head-on attacks aren't that easy to counter.(Problem being the Second Gible moving around) That's all I've got for combining their moves. If you can't come up with much, we can just try and roll with this situation until one of them faint and get a more 'favorable' situation. And, if you want to make it simpler, we could PM for any other ideas.

    @Tses: Any idea on what we should do? It seems obvious that our current 'plan' isn't working, but it seems like the least flawed that I have.

    'Dang it, of course it would bite down. At the very least it can't be as devistating as a Dragon Rage.' Jet was doing his best to endure the pain, atleast glad that the Wing Attack did some damage due to hitting inside it's jaw. Right then, it struck him as to where the Bite put Jet. "Quick, let loose a Screech right in it's ear!" With that, Jet let loose a high-pitched screech, attempting to use the forced close range to it's advantage as well as 'surprise' the Gible into opening it's jaw.

    Pokemon To be original, and since it's Videogame universes I'll go with the Sonic universe. All the other ones I'd prefer would be a lot more 'only the stars are the heroes.'

    Oh, I know that they would've disbanded 'long ago', but I was planing on playing it as another's "negative connection" without him actually knowing them. An idea for a darkish backstory, most likely making the 'foil' that caused some of Robert's very negative traits be someone who's 'reformable, yet dark' from an 'absent/ not accepted back into society' father, caused by their father being part of the old Team Aqua. I could just simplify it and take away the 'plot' I had in mind, but it's fitting itself together pretty well currently.

    Nice reference. But really Tacos, the only way Chim could clarify MORE is by having the Celebi speak to us.ExLink: Hmm, I guess it's time to see Slade's feelings. A true 'heart proving' moment. Edit: And from that pun, and the 'flash forward,' it seems more like "Ryan Time." Just a 'random' thing from the backstory I've been making, Robert would have a big hate for Team Aqua, even though it wouldn't be 'personal.'

    "Quick, Jet, launch a Gust upward and use it to dive straight down!" Doing so, the extra wind-gust helped his already Noibat-given speed, pushing him down fast enough to avoid the attack. "Okay, I guess it's 2 versus 2. Jet, try and get in close with a Wing Attack." Jetstream quickly changed from straight down to angling towards the Gible, wings glowing for the attack.

    Watching as Sissy started off, Robert knew Jet was already waiting for orders. He just had to find a way to help out the attack without making the Water Gun miss it's target. "Jet, fire off a Gust at the Gibles, but make sure it'll hit After the Water Gun" Hearing the orders, Jet started up the Gust, making sure it wouldn't happen too early and weaken Sherlock's attack in the process, and let it loose.

    Happy that Sissy used her Slowpoke to lift them all out with confusion, Kiai gave a simple smile while Robert went on to the thanking. "Thanks for that. I don't think I would've been able to sit in a pit a second time. Anywho, now that we're out..." Just then, he started hearing the Gible's laughing, turning to them. Along with that, Jet glared back at the one Gible, angred at how it had just tried trapping it's master. "Well, I guess those Gible's are the cause. And just looking up, I can see that Jet wants to challenge atleast one of them in retaliation. You want to take one of the others on? I mean, it's not like I'm the only one that fell in." Robert signaled towards the Gible's, as if to say that she got the first move if she wanted.

    Okay, I'm all good having it be a double battle with Sissy as long as Tses is good with it. Just a warning, Phone problems with Internet connection along with having to leave the house for Thanksgiving, I'll be limited extremely by time today. Also, incase it matters, K_H changed it to a group of 'rivalring Oshawotts' in response to how you said 'Goomies and Dratinis probably wouldn't be aggresive.' I dunno, could be edited on either side. Edit: Phone problems weren't that 'permanent,' but will still be limited to times.

    Suprised by the sudden fall, he found himself on the ground of a sand trap, apparently having been caught by it with Sissy. 'Oh great, I fell in another pit, and this time it was because I wasn't paying attention.' Kiai was shaking back to his sense, while Jet just glared for the cause. "Uh, I guess it's okay. As for who made it, I think ground-type is an obvious point for this. My best bet would be one of the Trapinch's, but their head would probably be jutting out of the ground with a sand-whirlpool around them if this was just a 'natural' thing." Of course, Robert didn't spot any Trapinches at the 'floor' of the pit. That theory's out, but now for the more 'important' part. "So, uh, you have any idea of how to get us out? I mean, Jet'll probably be more focused on locating the cause and attacking then getting us out."
