I recently found out that, even though it was only via a Japan-only event, Rayquaza/Mega Rayquaza could learn V-Create. Has anyone tried to make this a feature in Pokemon Reborn? I'm using Sandbox Mode and would love for this feature to be added.

I always use 7-Zip. It does the same thing. Plus, there's also a portable version on PortableApps.com. Both are absolutely free! By the way, I'm wondering if the Debug Version of Pokemon Empyrean allows me to add any of the Boss Pokemon to my team. If not, I'd like to have that feature added, if possible. I've wanted to give myself a challenge to beat the entire game blind (including all post-game content) using only one Boss Pokemon and one Fuse Pokemon (only used in double battles, if necessary).
