MFW we return to the city I want to say that Team Meteor had already finished up most of their plans in Reborn City and started to head out to the rest of the region. After we found Adrienn, we only returned to the city just to go to a underground cult center in 7th Street. My guess is Adrienn reached out to Ame, Julia and Florinia to start a city wide clean up. Word got out and everyone in the city just started to get to work. Would'nt surprise me if Victoria brought the students from Apophyll to help out as well.
