    I have soe questions, Gentleman's rule for any agreed stage/ Each stage only once rule? DLC character fates since not everybody has them? Will DLC stages be legal since they are good stages other than ryu's?

    i was laughing my ass off throughout that match tbh, i rematched him later because RU's ladder is dead... he only did slightly better before he got SD'd on and completely wrecked I was laughing too hard at that to hit ignore http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ru-242519434 i won a 6 stock match at a 2 stock deficit.... the opponent only took two stocks

    sparky, i'm not going to lie and say cinccino is very good, it's hilarious with a kings rock, but the tier is either scarfing past most sets, or just taking 50+hits honstly cincinno isn't the best mon, but fun to use to screw w/ low ladder once in a while.
