Good day folks. I'll try to keep this as short as possible, but no promises. I'm going to be starting a new FE:Fates run on Conquest Lunatic. The catch? I will be using Corrin only. Now, I know what you're thinking. "How can you beat the game with just Corrin?" The answer is simple. You use more than one. The idea of this run comes from a YouTuber named Mangs: https://www.youtube.com/user/MangsandZerul His idea is to basically start an FE:Fates Conquest run where he starts with his Corrin only and the few units given to him and come chapter 6, he would go out to specific castles and recruit various Corrins from his subscribers castles. How would this work, they'd all be the same unit and it wouldn't be as fun, right? Wrong. The idea of this is to get lots of unique Corrins and use them as their own unique classes (Ex: One Corrin can reclass into a cavalier, and will play as a cavalier for the entire run, same goes for a ninja corrin, etc, etc). So this is me calling out to the reborn FE:Fates players asking for different Corrins. The rules are simple, and everyone can participate and do runs of their own thanks to how this will work. 1. Put down your boon/bane, unique class and castle address in this topic. I will only be recruiting two of each class max if I even get that many people to sign up for this. 2. Get to the my castle section of the game and reclass to your unique class asap via heart seal. 3. Set up your castle so your Corrin is the only defender. This will allow others to easily seize your base and recruit your Corrin for use. 4. I will not be accepting any promoted Corrins or any Corrins that are over level 11. This is a me only rule, others are free to do what they wish. Now I can already see one big question being, "How would I get my castle to stay with just that leveled Corrin? What if I want to keep playing and need to update my castle?" This is a tough one to solve. One solution I've come up with is to just have two files. One with the unique Corrin at the fixed point in time (never to be used unless you are updating castle to be the one people come to) and one for your own use. Hopefully this turns out ok with not a whole lot of issues? I'll give this thread a week before I close it down though. I'll be posting my info later on for others to use, but here's an example post for now. This is something I'll have to test out, but if it is the case, I am required to let you know now that I cannot use your Corrin if you live outside of the U.S. If you have a U.S. copy I will certainly be able to use your Corrin. Does beating a game mean not beating 100% or just not beating the main game? If we go by the first one, there are loads of games I haven't beaten, Mario Sunshine being one of them because I never got my 120 shine sprites before my GC broke. If we're talking the second one, my answer is Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. I've beaten every other one I've played except for it. Sailing boats just doesn't do it for me.
