Breed Head Smash on aggron, if you can. Etesian has a quite famous Gourgeist-stall set, of which he is very fond of. Raichu might want to have grass knot, it gives well-needed coverage. Greninja...is very hard to get good moves for. I'm not sure what to change about it to make it more effective. I have one with extrasensory, grass knot, surf (you'll get that one in two badges or so) and ice beam (earlier gen/episode breeding mechanics) with a special sweeper EV spread. It's quite a hassle (or in my case got one via Yash). EV's are something you might want to check smogon for.
