speaking of hxh, I recently finished the chimera ants arc and I've only got 5 more to end the last arc. I enjoyed this anime so damn much, it's just so consistent and well written with characters that are so well described you can't help but root for. the concepts are also very well explored and explained, which isn't an easy job - you can't compare writing a story about, for example, sports to something like hxh. not to mention the huge amount of gore and violence contained within the show. like, this shit goes from a happy fantasy adventure shounen to a massive psychological drama with close to no plot armor. easily the best shounen I've ever seen, it's like akame if it had amazing pacing, great character development, well-executed action scenes and if you triplicated the violence and dismemberment. and if it wasn't shit overall. also gon is a fucking psycho, just give him his time

I'm starting to think there are actually not two Lins in the current timeline. Ame can abuse logic to a certain extent, as long as she gives proper explanations, and I really can't see any decent explanation for there being two of the same person in one timeline. El. Psy. Congroo. But seriously though, could it be that the girl is not Lin, but someone who looks really similar to her, like perhaps a twin sister, simply a sibling or some type of genetically mutated clone? There are way too many things we need to pay attention to here: - the fact that we know there's a Lin who replaced Solaris and is now leading Team Meteor as the story progresses. - somehow, there's also a Lin in Citae d'Arcsdf, a place we know is very mysterious given what happened to Adrienn, El being connected to it, as well as Arceus and possibly the four pendants, considering that x door entrance under the huge stairway (where we saved Victoria) isn't too far away from this place. - we've also seen a Lin in a flashback with Sigmund, where (I can't recall right now, would appreciate if someone confirmed) she was tortured/killed by him; also, when Sigmund met adult Lin for the first time, he didn't recognize her (which isn't too surprising, considering how much she changed) and she seemed to recognize him while pretending not to (was probably planning to torture him back or use him for her own advantage later) - this is highly likely considering she recalls Saphira even after all those years, someone who probably changed a lot more than Sigmund did, considering their ages. Or all of this speculation could it be complete bullshit: the silhouette isn't even related to the girl from citae and ame just felt like putting that little shit in the opening to mess with us.

mostly yea, i just find that kind of art a lot easier to come across. i mean, i also come across different things a lot, but i tend to be really picky (especially in terms of the art style used), so i often dont pay too much attention to other wallpapers/avatars/etc. the only or main issue i have with most of these is the fact that they're too simple in colors... most of them are monochrome, which annoys me, 'cause they'd probably look way better and could even give off a different feel if they were entirely colored. in any case, i decided to leave these here if anyone else happened to like them too :>. and, again, i will probably never be able to use all of these, so it kind of felt like a waste not to share them, at least lol.
