black bullet ost, the best thing about this show

the camouflage idea is pretty good, but you should still apply some shading on the main body or it'll look sort of weird. i dont know what program you use to sprite, but you can manage a layer's opacity pretty easily through photoshop. just select a grey/black for the shading and once you're done spriting diminish the layer's opacity until it feels just right. staraptor-themed pidove line is also pretty good, but male unfezant's eye feels... weird (i actually want to say retarded but it might come out more rude than i intend it to), comparing to the female version. it seems like its focusing on the top right corner; that might be just me though.

also, speaking of suzumyia, the second season was actually kinda similar to higurashi too, excluding the psychological/horror elements, obviously. though, it didn't make a good use of that repetitive structure in the least, and thus became extremely repetitive, way more than higurashi ever managed to be lol.

THE MOMENT I SAW YOUR SHANNON AVATAR I INSTANTLY KNEW ID AGREE WITH WHATEVER YOU'D SAY I really like the madoka series too, it had some issues overall, such as being too short (but that might just be my opinion), but it's so freaking worth watching for the shock value. I also liked the twist in the third movie, unlike most of the fanbase did. The only real bad thing is that we have to wait for a sequel now :v. Also, I'm a MASSIVE fanboy for the no naku koro ni series, mainly higurashi however, since I still haven't had the time to play that umineko vn people praise so much.

yup, probably the main reason. also, this is just a personal opinion and doesn't really matter much, but those white monsters that show up on the opening and which we've barely gotten explanations on regarding their origins, purpose and relation to vampires look pretty ridiculous and unnecessary.
