As far as I know, we haven't encountered it yet so I expect it to be found later on the game considering how good Shadow Ball as a TM is. Maybe in the next few episodes.

Unfortunately, it can't get on Gengar as it was only available as that from an event. Anyways, the only possible ways to get Sludge Bomb onto Gengar would be either to wait for the TM for it to come out or go to a older episode which has Gen V Breeding Mechanics so you can pass down TM Moves, in this case being Sludge Bomb. For more info, look at Etesian's Breeding Guide / Recommendable Sets.

Both are terrific in-game mons, can't even lie. Normally I would say Gallade due to that fantastic learnpool with moves like Close Combat, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, and Swords Dance, but I gotta give it up to Gardevoir because of its hella good typing. With the Fairy Typing, now it can smack Dragons as well resist resist hits from Fighting even better than before as well take neutral damage from Bug and Dark types. That does come with the price of becoming weak to Steel and Poison but it can smack Poison-types with Psychic and switch out if facing a Steel Type/hit that sucka with a Focus Blast when we get the TM for it. However, compared to Gallade, Gardevoir learnpool is pretty lame with the only good moves are Psychic, Moonblast, Stored Power, and Calm Mind Personally, I would go with Gardevoir, but it all depends on what your team comp is mate.

Overall, I enjoyed this episode despite the rushed feelings. Yuki and Hikki were pretty ruthless my lord. Hachiman is a serious insult, can't even lie. And that ending showed pretty much showed how Yuki is asking for Help from Hikki but it won't work in this situation. EDIT: Also 1500th Post. Yay, totally not a thing I do often.

@ friebz You're mistaking the Damp Rock from the Icy Rock, which are two seperate things. The Damp Rock is a Hold Item in which extends turns for Rain that can be found in Mining while the Icy Rock is a location in which Eevee can evolve into Glaceon if leveled up around the Icy Rock. Anyways, the location was already stated by alan so yurp.
