I mean, Ame already mentioned before that she might go over the 100 level cap if she needs to. This was a while back though, don't know if she's sticking to that. Specially because of certain level drops around the game. I'm betting that she'll keep the level 100 max on the main story. But some secret boss in the aftergame that goes over 100, is plausible. But hey, that's just me.

Seems like a Mixed Lucario, eh? I'm not a big fan of it, personally. Physical Lucario is always a good pick to get through Lucario's awful speed with Ex.Speed. That'd be my first suggestion on that set: Get rid of Dragon Pulse and use Extreme Speed. And without breeding, get rid of Power Up Punch and get Iron Tail (It is the best Steel move you can get without breeding). I'm not too keen on suggesting a special Lucario because you'd need a Riolu at a pretty high level first to get Nasty Plot. But depending on the nature, maybe you could roll with a Special Lucario no problem.

This guy has the right idea. I wanna say Gardevoir because Movepool OP, but look at your team and decide what you need better. A physical attacker or a special attacker. Or make a physical attacking Gardevoir. idk

Parasect looks at this topic and raises a 5x weakness to Fire. On the real though: Scizor, Gyarados, Bisharp, VilevilevileWeavile, Ferrothorn, Celebi... There's actually a lot of great pokémons with 4x weakness. Neat~

It is after battle mate, not walking around. But you're right on the Pokémon's Personal level thing. So you can just go to the lowest level pokémons in Reborn with a level 90 Phanpy and get dem items~

That's most likely the intended use, if I had to guess. After all, when you're preparing for Competitive, you breed. A lot. So, I guess you could use it to mark the best Lucario when you have 79 different ones. But then again, you could just move it to a different box... They're pretty useless, tbh.

I... really don't know what to make of Radomus. He certainly has his own reasons behind the keystones, but I don't know if his ideas clash or add to Team Meteor's plans. At max, I could bet he's an ex-member of Meteor. But I don't know :x probably a hat with a beard
