If the person that enters the elevator is somebody I know, then we will talk, whether I like it or not. If it is someone that I don't know though, I'll acknowledge their presence. And then I'll proceed to ignore them once the person is in the elevator. That's why I'm usually with my headphones, to avoid unnecessary conversation.

I have not tested yet, but is it maybe a case of where the pokémon doesn't spawn until you have the trigger? Basically, Pokesnax for the Pichu and Rose Incense for the Budew. Do you have those items already? And btw, are you at the start of the game, or did you just end episode 15 and went to try and find those?

Kanto: Vermillion. I'd love to live near the sea... In Kanto, at least. Johto: Goldenrod. can I get to know Whitney plsssss Hoenn: Verdanturf/Lilycove. I can't decide between those two, but any of the two would work. Leaning towards Lilycove but eh... I don't know. Sinnoh: ANYWHERE I mean like I love Sinnoh. Snowpoint would be pretty awesome, but any of the cities/towns would work for me. Unova: Lacunosa. Music there was pretty good, but I just like the location itself. Kalos: Anistar. Seems like a good enough place, but I'm not too keen on Kalos anyway. Reborn: Knowing my battling skills, probably one of the alleys. Or the Scrapyard. If I can pick though, Calcenon. Definitely.

Do you usually catch a lot of pokemons? It's kinda easy to overlook if you have a ton of boxes full of pokemons. I suggest you try looking through your boxes carefully again if you already saved. If you don't have a ton of pokemons though, then I don't know how to help you. I've never heard of this bug before.
