The Rock doesn't turn into a Rock Smash rock until you reach Radomus though. It's either after you reach Radomus or after you beat the Ditto-Arceus.

I love Avalugg. At least it's HP stat is good enough so you can use it as a wall. While i agree that Avalugg has flaws (The main one: It's "weak" to all entry hazards), i still love to use it as a wall. And i laugh so much when it works ^^

I have no idea why Gengar can't learn Sludge Wave. Gastly gets Sludge Wave by event only. You know, i think it's kinda unfair Aya's Gengar has a move this way. Give it Sludge Bomb and it's a wrap. (inb4 Bulletproof Chesnuaght) No Sludge Bomb/Stone Edge outside of breeding. Machamp gets a lot of useful moves by breeding.

Other recommendations for Noel: Aggron. bar Close Combat, Aggron is going to keep everything in check during the battle. It even gets rid of the Clefable with STAB Heavy Slam/Iron Head. I agree with your point, but the items can give a hand on some cases. Example: Sp.Def. It's the hardest EV to train, cuz there's not a lot of common pokes that gives it. The items give a hand, but yeah. "Useless" in most cases. After all, you can't get 255 EV only with the items, so there's that ^^

No vacation since the train station is broken anyway. And i don't think we have airports. And do we really need a Vs. Seeker when we have a level cap? And trainers at the Grand Hall that reset everyday, and you can just manipulate your PC time to battle them non stop i mean what.
