welcome!
i have been using dragons since i was a newbie, and i take dragon type pokemon very seriously, so don't dishonour the "dragon master" name if you don't want to suffer my wrath
seriously pray gods protect you if you use dragons badly, including gyarados and the other semi dragons
-
about aegis, i know its still glitched, but i saw the showdown move, thats the reason i returned, basically...
-
well, you all forgot that dragonite has something to go in OU: he does not use the megaslot, thus he can join forces with his mega-brothers to weaken their checks with a lure set to make even easier for them to sweep, and Vice-Versa

Hello boys!
I have been out for a long time, due to the aegislash glitch, but i hope it never happens again!
-
Who like's trapping moves like whirlpool? I sure do! Which means I will abuse this buff as much as I possibly can.
I must say that fighting Amaria underwater would be brutally difficult for fire users. I guess all you Blaziken fans will have to bench it this time.
well, blaziken carries ThunderPunch and speed boost to patch up the speed reduction

if showdown allows me to return, i will join it with my signature team, simply swapping latios by hydreigon, and with acrobatics and no item on talonflame:
http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=8188
a shame i can't use the other twin team, it nerfs my strategy A LOT
-
i hope if you download the program in the PC it mqakes no longer trigger the internet filters or im boned...
there is an aditional advantage of showdown, apart from the obvious one that we will be able to run Aegislash at full power again: you can create your own tiers, meaning we will be able to use the field effects of the reborn league on the simulator!

interesting, but too hard and confusing to actually hardcode in the game

Belgabad (Dragonite) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Def / 52 SDef / 132 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Substitute
Dragonite, simply... http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/GameBreaker/Pokemon
Damn, just give that thing toxic spikes and laugh of the oponent's attacks as even +1 genesect's ice beam does crap if you roost
-
intead of Aegi, maybe better switch Magnezone, removing oposing steels would be pointless as basically every member carries a move to smash them to pieces bar skarmory
-
why everyone hates legends? they-re not as OP as anyone think... aegi kills many of them, and talon+mamoswine kill them all bar CroCune
-
i say 2 and 2, BP is viable with just 3 pokemon and a good amount of skill (quick smashpass being the most obvious way), plus , and swagger without priority is easily blocked by a Substitute.
-
serene grace is not overrated, just overpowered thanks to simulators poor RNG turning 10% into 100% instead of 20%, etc. never miss attack need be stronger, jsut as priority attacks
-
swagger removes all strategy and turns the game a coinflip. i personally prefer roulette as a luck-based game.
BP, on the other hand, has the problem of being forced to lead with scolipede thanks to never having put wifi (which a LOT of pokemon hate having it enabled, such as zoroark or ditto, who rely on the surprise to be efective).i still call the ban, i haven't forgotten (and will never do) crep's Baton Pass team of BW
-
- on empoleon, the petaya set is too vulnerable to the overdose of priority of OU, and the set you put is useless. try a specially defensive defog set which is his best set actually.
- GrassWhistle is too unreliable, and speed got nerfed this gen, and you only can sleep one oponent. try stun spore instead
- REMOVE. THAT. HAX. ITEM. ON. NINJASK. Or better, just remove Ninjask entirely (nobody will be stupid enough to keep his pokemon against him after you reveal your gimmicky set, 2 steels/poisons switching perpetually will make you waste your PP uselesly, and will give dangerous mons like Empoleon, Heatran, Scolipede or even Tentacruel free time to recover with Leftovers) and replace him by Scolipede with a baton pass or sweeping set who is FAR better.
- Gardevoir will never use Reflect well, nobodyy will use Shadow Sneak with his Aegislash to die of shadow ball afterwards. Better just attack with Moonblast or charge with Calm Mind if you're confident the demonic sword won't show up. Also consider Mega-envolve it. Then use Hyper Voice instead of Moonblast
- This set of Aegi will never work. You get walled by basically every ghost in OU imao. Better just use the SD set with kings sheld, SD, Scred Sword/Iron Head and shadow sneak, or a mixed set.
-
just noticed: mixed Aegislash wrecks your team if his user predicts Bisharp and KOes him on the switch with Sacred Sword. Be ware of the sword switching in on your Blissey, Garchomp (except on EQ obv.) and especially on Deoxys D.
-
NONONONONONONONO!
NEVER QUIT SHADOW SNEAK!
Aegislash is 10 times less usefull without priority on his hands!
And a mixed set without WP is extremely usefull as a wallbreaker, dismantling powerfull cores like the classic SkarmBliss, or, in Monotype, Skarmory+Aegislash+Empoleon+Jirachi who is too resilient to defeat otherwise.
your SD set is far the worse Aegislash may run. Burn cripples it and EQ from LO Mamoswine (who opens huge holes in Monosteel almost by itself) OHKOes in either form without response. Never go home without a Shadow Sneak in your possessed BFS

you mean chestorest? lum berry is very easy to loose on a bad switch on Scald
-
I doubt it will ever matter.
I mean, which normal types would ever try to switch to a FIGHTING TYPE? they have absolutely no reason to do so
-
blaziken never needs brave bird, a STAB Hi Jump Kick o Flare blitz will be enough to smash fighting types, and with swords dance they also massacre fairy types, so poison jab out, and put shadow claw instead to prevent Giratina from walling you to hell and back
-
i know a counter than can only be beaten with smeargle's ingrain: mold breaker (or his clones) + Roar
Sacred sword with a pair of boosts also takes down some passers
-
how avoid being trolled by this foolish patch: use a base for hacked pokemon: chatch it legally, then modify the IVs, EVs, and all, then send him to PC to stabilize it! it's damn simple!
just make sure the hidden ability (if you need it) is already on the poke.
it is not?
just make a female poke with the ability, breed it, then use the baby as a cement for your perfect poke.
-
thanks, i will try him
-
new idea, based on a video:
Mega-dusknoir
ghost-steel
normalize
+50 att
+30def
+30sdef
-10 spd
WHAAAAT? that shit ability?
yep, imagine what happens when you use skill swap...
