Remember my absolutely crazy luck with the Salandits a while back? No? Well either way since I've got a week until the competition, I'm gonna see if I can get a female shiny. No cute charm alllowed.
P.S. In case you're wondering about my "crazy luck" I was trying to sos chain for a pair of Salandits to breed and found TWO shinies, both before I even hit a chain of 30. And of course both were male.

Tried a random online battle in preparation for the competition. Got Scalded 4 times. Got burned 4 times. 0.81% chance.

The sign ups for the battle competition starts today! Everyone go register and maybe Nintendo will realize that people want more megas next game!

Twice in a row now I've lost a streak of exactly 30 battles due to the same mistake. And I bet I won't remember the third time either lol

Multi battle seems effectively impossible for me. No matter what strategy I try it comes down to not getting incredibly unlucky, which I just can't do.

How would I go about finding the chances of a quick claw activating, then Body Slam getting the paralysis, then not moving because of said paralysis, then quick claw activating again, and then Body Slam critting, all right after each other? Because exactly that just happened.

Can't wait until gen 8 when Z moves get dex entries that talk about how bad they are for the Pokémon using them and how [new gimmick] is so much better

yeah Z-Conversion brought Porygon back in a big way. but remember, once you get phased or if a counter switches in, you're done, so phasers are strong against Z-porygon-Z, and Azumarill is still, despite it's bulk, at 50% hp even before the opponent's attack on that turn, leaving it vulnerable to revenge killers. it's not like mega salamence where a dangerous sweeper got better offenses, and ability-based damage boost, and the physical bulk of skarmory, and attacked all in one turn.

So, Ash Greninja can be put in bank. This seems to imply that he's NOT cosplay Pikachu and is instead here to stay.

It seems that all the gen 1 Pokémon transferred through bank have the hidden ability, which means No Guard Fissure Machamp isn't a thing. Sorry.
