  1. Where are all the ability capsules? I desperately need at least one
  2. add the charizardite please help me Anyhow, I think we may have at least one fighting type axed. They've been doing extremely well in the game.
  3. I did add some new Pokemon to the OP - however, I was forced to leave a few out due to lack of consistent information. For others, I added some more information to fill in missing gaps. Also, I must ask that you carefully consider the ranks you are adding Pokemon to - Quite a few mons that were recommended for A rank I threw down into B because they don't have as many capabilities as A rank Pokemon should.
  4. Yeah, I thought I should do that... anyway, big update happening.
  5. Version 1.0 - Topic created, ranks defined, many prominent Pokemon listed Welcome to the Rejuvenation Viability Rankings! The point of this thread is to determine what Pokemon do well here and split them into "ranks". Factors are movesets, stats, and of course: how much they help with more challenging battles, like Gym Leaders, et cetera. Updated daily. These will be mainly community-driven, so I do need your guys' help. Of course, credit is given to anyone who helps. Feel free to suggest any changes, if they're for the better. UPDATE: I will start editing certain Pokemon information if I feel like nitpicking. These parts will be italicized. Furthermore, I will introduce the placeholder format. Pokemon that are "placeholders" are either ranked with inconsistent information, or are received too late in the current version to be properly ranked. These Pokemon will be underlined. 6. So, I defeat Rorrim B. on Route 3, but I unfortunately forgot about precisely where he said Crawly's base is, and you can't ask him for directions a 2nd time, so i'm stuck...
  7. Thanks for the tip about the move tutor being available in version 4! I got Sleep Powder and swept with Vivillon.

  9. Well, now I'm in the prison where you get the mining kit, so I assume that's what they meant, but the level cap is already 45 here, sooo... not sure what the earlier argument is about.
  10. Mine are still in their 30s... then again, I don't recall any prison battles between Marianette and Narcissa, so there's a good chance that I missed something.
  11. Alright, I've been wandering around Goldenleaf gym for about 30 minutes or more, I don't know how much more I can take. I keep getting jumped by a ghost that says: "Where do you think you're going?". I can't find a way around it.
  12. After a while of playing, I thought it would be nice if we had a viability ranking topic, so I thought I'd start one. Thoughts?
  13. Download a DS emulator and play: Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia Chrono Trigger Final Fantasy III Dragon Quest IX Ace Attorney (there are 5 games in the series) Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 1 & 2 That's about all I can think of that isn't Pokemon related.
  14. Maybe we'll get this field effect when Palkia appears...
  15. Welcome to Reborn! Anyway, I see that Noibat in your team, so when you get to Kiki, level it up to 48, use 3 or 4 common candies and you'll be set. I guess that would be the simplest thing to do, anyway.
  16. Well, let's fix that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dznhQeZU48
  17. You raise some good points - adding it now.
  18. I've never done one of these before, so i'm not sure what to say up here... well, I decided to build this team mainly because I just faced massive tilt (I lost 150 points in one go on my main), so I threw together something new. It proved to be rather decent on my alt, so i'm posting it here to see what I can improve on before I ladder on my main again. Let's get into it. Raw data: Team: Volcarona @ Passho Berry Ability: Flame Body EVs: 72 HP / 252 SpA / 184 Spe Timid Nature - Quiver Dance - Fire Blast - Giga Drain - Bug Buzz The main member of the team I decided to build around - Volcarona. Its objective is to set up a Quiver Dance and sweep. It achieves this quite well once the opponent's special walls have been dealt with (Heatran, Chansey, etc.). Passho berry is there so I don't fall victim to Aqua Jet from an Azumarill in the middle of a sweep. Starmie @ Life Orb Ability: Analytic EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Hydro Pump - Ice Beam - Psyshock - Rapid Spin Created for rapid spin support, since rocks are extremely threatening to Volcarona. It is also very good for weakening the opponent a bit - the coverage is nice. Not much else to say here. Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe Impish Nature - Stealth Rock - Earthquake - U-turn - Stone edge Set suggested by Fruitdealer - I originally had Dugtrio, but given the fact that I had 2 water types and a Trick lure in Latios, it wasn't all too necessary to trap Heatran. Also, my team could have problems with Talonflame, since my only reliable check to it outside of this Landorus is Manectric, who gets ko'd once it has been weakened. Also sets up Stealth Rock and a small Volt-Turn core with Mega Manectric. Manectric @ Manectite Ability: Lightning Rod EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Volt Switch - Thunderbolt - Overheat - Hidden Power [ice] My Mega Evolution. I noticed that it can check the common water types in OU that I'd otherwise have a problem with, like Keldeo, Manaphy and unboosted Gyarados. Overheat also destroys Ferrothorn and Scizor. HP Ice is there for coverage against Landorus-T and Gliscor. Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature - Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Memento - Trick To be honest, I wasn't quite sure about this one - I mainly threw him on the team because I had a huge Rotom-Wash weakness, and I lack a Choice Scarf. Draco and Psyshock deal damage, Trick is there to cripple walls and Memento... well, it's only there because I wasn't sure what attacking move to add. Plus, I can use it to bring in Volcarona safely. Azumarill @ Assault Vest Ability: Huge Power EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD Adamant Nature - Aqua Jet - Waterfall - Play Rough - Knock Off Deals with my weakness to dragons and functions well as a switch in to special attacks. As long as I preserve it well, it works. Can clean up teams with Aqua Jet if it comes down to it. My main weaknesses appear to be Rotom-Wash, Weavile and offensive Mamoswine. Chansey can also be a problem due to my lack of fighting type moves.
  19. The first thing I saw was "Fern"... Anyway, welcome! And that's about all that I can come up with.
  20. Mega Nidoking Poison / Ground Sheer Force Attack: 145 Defense: 70 Sp. Atk: 155 Sp. Def: 70 Speed: 110 I just want a fast ground type mega evolution. Enough bulky sets, thanks Game Freak.
