Well I can say Beefkek did a fantastic job with my two requests. 10/10 would definitely use again. Got exactly what I asked for and here is proof of his excellence.

I used Razor Wind with Helioptile (a little later than I had wanted). You can also try a Growth/Giga Drain combo Roselia. Just use Helioptile to get rid of the field effect and then sack it off to get a free switch with roselia. Then no one can venom drench it so you can set up freely. (Also a little side note for future reference, when showing us your team for help with a gym leader, put it in Team Showcase.)

That would make the gym battles too cramped and there wouldn't be enough room for story if we were to constantly have to fight gym leaders.

It's always by intervals of 10 or 5 so I doubt the level cap will be that low.

Until there is a legitimate death of a Pokemon Online Reborn League Gym Leader, I doubt we will see any significant character deaths outside of perhaps Amaria and Lin as their scenes were shown in Shade's gym and the deaths of Reborn gym leaders were for the most part based on their real life deaths. But that's a little off topic Radomus isn't going to be your average see him once never see him again gym leaders, he is obviously playing a a larger role than just a current key holder.
