  1. Well I'm not going to guarantee that Frost Giant will be good by any means... but regardless, I'm excited to try him out. As for Dr. Boom, trust me when I say that I would be using him in that slot if I had him. He's a card that I would call broken, to the point where there are only a select few decks that shouldn't use him, given the opportunity. He just generates too much advantage for a single card.
  2. Well, Handlock often spends turn two and three (Sometimes turn one as well if you have coin) using just the hero power, so getting it to a 7 isn't really a problem, not to mention all the other times you may use the hero power throughout the game. I don't intend to add it to the deck by taking out a Molten Giant, but rather by replacing a Mountain Giant with it to have some more late game options. 2x Molten Giant, 1x Mountain Giant, 1x Frost Giant would be what I would want to try. The life cost isn't really a problem either, as that's just part of handlock. Two Antique Healbots and Earthen Ring Farseer cover that just fine. I don't expect to get Frost Giant down to 0 mana, but by the time late game rolls around, a 3/4/5 mana Frost Giant isn't out of the question, which is way better than drawing into another mountain giant that will sit around 6/7/8 mana by that point in the game.
  3. Justicar Trueheart looks pretty broken in certain decks to me. I'm looking forward to Frost Giant though. He'll fit into my Handlock pretty nicely.
  4. Well, what I really want to do is design video games and lead a production team to make them, but since the majority of people who enter that field end up jobless, I'm going to be heading off to college this fall to study programming and computer 3D modeling. I figure if I can use these skills to land a job in an already established video game company, I could work from there, which would be great, but if not I can still be hired elsewhere as a backup plan. Alternatively, I want to study music composition and write music for movies/video games. That would also be one of my great interests, so I have a tough time deciding between the two routes.
  5. I would say it at least needs to be a bit wider. The height you have now doesn't seem bad to me, it just needs a longer length to be more rectangular. Otherwise it looks great.
  6. Updated with the two of you. Thanks~!
  7. For the longest time, I didn't like listening to songs that were in Japanese, but lately I've found some that I like.
  8. Vayne let loose his first arrow. It was not meant to harm Dust, but rather to serve as a distraction. He could see that the Victonari was up to something, and it appeared that Dust hadn't caught on yet. Furthermore, he was a bit worried about allowing Dust the time for a counterattack against Silef, so he hoped the arrow would draw his attention for even just a second, allowing Silef to regain her composure after her attack. The arrow flew towards the side of Dust's helmet, exactly where Vayne had aimed. He was doubtfful that it would break through the thick stone, but it would at least make Dust glance in his direction.
  9. That seems really cool, Tomas. I wish there were events like that around where I live.
  10. The only thing I dislike about Arena is that you only get GvG packs right now. (At least in my experience, please correct me if this is wrong.) As most of the cards I'm after lie in the basic packs, I have little reason for Arena runs right now and just spend all my gold on basic packs.
  11. I'm loving Handlock right now. Still saving that last bit of dust to get Jarraxus and a few other cards, but the deck works great. Right now I have it mixed with my old Void Terror themed Warlock deck, and the combination is actually working better than I feel full-on Handlock would, though I'll have a more definitive answer when I finish the deck completely. The Void Terror deck style is something I kind of made up myself after playing around with Void Terror in Arena and doing very well (11 wins iirc). It involves combos such as Nerubian Egg > Power Overwhelming > Void Terror to end with a 7/(4-9 depending on what you used the egg for) and a 4/4 as early as turn 3. It gives Handlock some additional early game presence and forces your opponent to use up some of that removal that would normally be saved for your Molten/Mountain Giants and other big hitters.
  12. Vayne watched as Silef and the Victonari charged into the fray. He lowered his sword, a frown forming on his face. He supposed she had a point; if those two were both close range fighters, then it only made sense for Vayne to support from afar. Still, he knew things about himself that they didn't. Honestly, he would probably be most useful in this battle with his sword. He doubted the ability of his bow to penetrate that thick armor, and there were few visible gaps. It would be a difficult shot, but he was confident he could make it, if Silef and the other could hold him off long enough for Vayne to get a clear shot into Dust's helmet. He jammed his sword into its sheathe in one quick motion, the clank of the hilt echoing in the cave. At the same time, he reached his left arm behind his back, grabbing the longbow and leveling it towards Dust. He pulled an arrow from the quiver on his back and rested it in the notch of his bow, carefully taking aim at the stone giant. He would wait for an opening before making a shot.
  13. I guess it depends on the definition of growing up, but as a kid I remember beating the original Sonic the Hedgehog so many times. But I think it was during middle school that I picked up Shadow of the Colossus, which quickly became my favorite game and still is to this day.
  14. But I don't really know what his armor looks like... Anyway, the first question realates to Krov, which is Vayne's raven and one of his signature skills as a ranger. When and how will he show up?
  15. Added. As Chubb said, the thread goes by account date, so you end up in XV.
  16. For those who might not see the status update, I realize I've been silent on this RP for a while now. I may or may not continue the RP, based on a few factors. The main thing right now is that I just don't feel inspired to write for and host this RP at the current time. Hopefully I can continue at some point, as I do feel a certain attachment this setting and all of your characters, but that would also require the participants to still be willing, which I feel kind of selfish about for taking these breaks. This is not necessarily a death post for this RP, but I apologize and hope that we can continue sometime soon. I just need to find that will to write again.
  17. To all those involved in my RP, The Awakening: I realize I've been silent on it for a while now. I may or may not continue the RP, based on a few factors. The main thing right now is that I just don't feel inspired to write for it at the time, which is unfortunate, as I do have a certain attachment to that world. Hopefully I can continue at some point, but that would also require the participants to still be willing, which so far you all have been, despite my constant absences. So I a...

  18. I assumed he was talking about Matthew's actions before Zagi even said his statement, as in Matthew walked into the room and just sort of acted like Zagi wasn't there by not saying anything, which is supported by the post. I also thought that it was worded somewhat strangely (That line probably should have come before Zagi's statement), but I think that's what he intended. EDIT: Also Hukuna, my questioooonnnss....
  19. Done and done. Thanks!
  20. "Sir Ress'nok. You, hunter. What can you do?" "...My name is Vayne." The reply was blunt and carried little emotion. He reached across his body, resting a hand on the sword that hung at his left side. It was an undecorated blade of a simple appearance, but it was efficient, and that was what Vayne cared about. This was a sword that never failed its intended purpose. He left the longbow on his back. It was slightly more embellished than his sword, its fine dark wood having intricate swirled carvings at the ends. This was because he had made it himself, back home in the forests, when he had much time on his hands. Being his own work, he was sure of its stability and reliability despite the adornments. This was not some nobleman's decorative bow. He turned to Silef. "I am capable of both close and long-range combat, thanks to my training in both the longbow and the sword. As an archer... I can assure you, I don't miss." He motioned towards Dust. "However, I doubt my arrows will have much affect against his armor." He drew the sword from his left side, holding it in front of him. "Despite that... most of my real talents lie elsewhere..." He leveled the sword in front of him, clearly comfortable with its weight and length. This was the weapon with which he had become known and feared as the "Phantom of the Forest." Although... he would not tell these people that. Despite the fact that they were supposedly allies, he did not yet trust this system, and wanted to keep some secrets for himself, at least until he knew more.

    How the

Bottom right is good for sure, because you can see the little pink nub in it. Bottom left also looks god to me, though I may be wrong on that. My guess would be that the top left needs shifting.
