Does anyone else have the thing where you listen to a song and think its lyrics say one thing only to later find out it's something else, but you decide to keep thinking it was the first thing because it sounds better to you?

Yes. For example, there's a song from the Shins that sounds like they're singing "run out of your burning FIAT", and to this day I still don't know the actual lyrics but that's just so funny to imagine that I stick to those imaginary lyrics instead.
So yeah, all the time is the answer, like the Vinny has said.
