In the defense of normal types, they do provide a solid base for the pokemon world. Pokemon wouldn't be as charming if everything was a unique fire, steel, ice type etc. We need a filler type for the majority of pokemon to be, to make the game feel bigger and broader.

Misdreavus. Because its so rogue-like, being just a floating girly head, that goes around at night alone to spook people by screaming.

Bright powder. It's very satisfying to break your opponent's 100% accuracy.

I wish there were more fire and electric types that aren't just dogs or lions or horses or whatever. Way too many of those.

Pansage. The other two elemental monkeys have good designs, but this one I just find really boring. If it didn't exist and it was only the other two, they would have been more special. The fire and water monkey pair.

5- Torchic. I like the torchic line, but its over-popularity ruined it for me. 4- Fennekin. I like Delphox, but the first two in the line are just generic foxes. 3- Tepig. Too much detail on the design, especially Emboar. Would have been better if it has a more simple design, like the squirtle line. 2- Snivy. Boring and uninspired in my opinion. No charm at all. 1- Oshawott. Can't stand it, it's so boring. Woah a cool water animal thing that's like a ninja. And oshawatt isn't cute at all

Banette. It's a doll thrown away by its owner, that came to life due to its strong hatred towards him/her. It seeks the child that threw it away. The grudge pokemon. It curses people by sticking pins in itself, in order to generate energy. So it can remain alive. Banette brings a dark and mature side to Pokemon like no one else does.
